MemberSorry for the delayed response. Because of the difference in local and production, this is a trickier problem so I had a developer take a look at it.
The next best thing to try unfortunately is to disable all plugins switch to a standard theme, then update and reactivate everything.
Does this make sense? I apologize for the extra steps, but there is a limit on troubleshooting techniques at this level. Let me know if this doesn’t work for you.
Cheers!

MemberHello cudafunk,
Thanks for contacting us!
Here is the situation as I understand it. The ‘Buy it now’ is the registration button for each event.
Before a filter is selected, it brings you to the cart just as expected.
After filtering though, the register button does not properly work
For me though, it works just fine and everything is added the cart as expected.
I’m using Chrome 34 on Mac OS X 9.2. Are you on a different browser or system? Or where you able to fix this already?
Let me know if I’m understanding this incorrectly.
Cheers!

MemberThanks for the data!
I don’t believe I’m able to reproduce the problem on my end.
On a fresh install with only The Events Calendar and TablePress activated
I did a file import of your CSV data.
And everything worked out just fine, pretty quickly too.
Can you confirm these are the steps you are attempting, and that you still get a fatal error after clicking the ‘import’ button in step 2?
Cheers!

MemberHello bobski,
Thanks for contacting us! I updated the forum location, so no problem there!
I’ll need a bit more info to try and reproduce this. Could I get a public link to take a look at this?
Also, in the WP-Admin, at the bottom of the Events > Settings > Help tab, there will be a ‘systems settings’ box. Can you copy that and paste it into a private reply?
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!

MemberHello grahamstacey,

It seems like there is a template override at play here. Can you check your active theme directory for a ‘tribe-events’ folder? Are there files inside of there? If there are, could you try uploading them for us to take a look at them? Especially if there is a ‘widgets’ directory or related files.
Does this make sense? Let me know if I can explain anything else!
Cheers!
