    Thanks for the response.

Neither of those shortcodes accomplish what I am wanting. What I want is a shortcode that takes a specific venue and then returns a list of all the upcoming events for that venue. IOW, what is displayed on the venue page for The Events Calendar PRO.

As a concrete example, this page on our site displays all the events we are hosting at Camp Atterbury. If I could call a shortcode that would return that HTML, it would be nearly exactly what I want. Perfection would be a switch in the shortcode to specify whether or not to list the venue details that appear above “Upcoming Events”.

Hopefully that clarifies what I want…

    Thanks for the quick response!

I tried the orders-edit-meta.php override that you provided on our development system and it seems to function perfectly.

Installing the WC Memberships v1.9.5 update does not change the issue I’m having. Simply deactivating WC Memberships and leaving all other plugins activated solves the issue (for me). I think that is pretty definitive evidence that the issue is some sort of conflict between Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus and WC Memberships.

This could potentially be an issue with my particular installation or server environment, however I see this on both our production and development sites. If I had the time, I’d create a fresh install to examine this but I’m swamped at the moment. The issue is irritating but not a show-stopper…

I’m running (all testing done on our development website):

    • Event Tickets v4.6.3
    • Event Tickets Plus v4.6.2
    • Event Tickets Plus Extension: Enhance Woo Order Templates (no version information available)
    • Event Tickets Plus Extension: Show and Print Tickets v1.0.0
    • The Events Calendar v4.6.9
    • The Events Calendar Extension: Add Phone to Attendee Lists v1.0.0
    • The Events Calendar Extension: Current Month Link v1.0.0
    • The Events Calendar Extension: Relabeler v1.0.0
    • The Events Calendar PRO v4.4.21
    • The Events Calendar: Remove QR Codes v0.1.1
    • WooCommerce v3.2.6
    • WooCommerce Cart Add-Ons v1.5.15
    • WooCommerce Memberships v1.9.5
    • WooCommerce Follow-Up Emails v4.6.3

Watched the screencast and only difference I can see from what I am doing is that all our tickets are set to “Shared Capacity”. Perhaps the issue only exhibits itself when that capacity option is selected.

Disabling WooCommerce Memberships resolves the issue ==> pretty sure this is a conflict with WooCommerce Memberships that was likely introduced with the recent rewrite of Event Tickets/Event Tickets Plus. Never had this problem with the older version of the plugin.

    Sure.

Create an event with a ticket with a non-zero price. Save the event. Then, using WooCommerce Memberships set a product category based discount of some kind (I’m seeing this issue with a 100% discount; I haven’t checked if the behavior still occurs for other discount amounts or whether it depends on % discount or dollar amount discount). Go back to product corresponding to the ticket you just created and set it’s category to the one you specified for the WooCommerce Membership discount. Now go to the event page and attempt to edit the ticket. The ticket price has changed to $0 (in the case where the discount is 100%).

We are using WooCommerce Follow-Up Emails for just this purpose. Works great and lots of other email triggers are available with that plugin as well.

That’s not the behavior that I’m observing. If the “Start sale:” date/time are left blank, the ticket form will not save and the start sale date box is outlined in red.

This is with the following plugins activated:

      All In One SEO Pack
      Event Tickets
Event Tickets Plus Extension: Enhance Woo Order Templates
Event Tickets Plus Extension: Show and Print Tickets
      The Events Calendar
The Events Calendar Extension: Add Phone to Attendee Lists
The Events Calendar Extension: Current Month Link
      The Events Calendar Extension: Relabeler
      The Events Calendar PRO
The Events Calendar: Remove QR Codes
      WooCommerce
      WooCommerce Cart Add-Ons
      WooCommerce Memberships

The situation is even worse than the above. The old “Select Ticket Providers” extension causes the “new ticket” sheet to be corrupted (missing price field, missing capacity field, etc.).

You should notify your users that the “Select Ticket Providers” extension SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH EVENT TICKETS PLUS V4.6.

Not impressed with the QA done before this v4.6 release…

That’s interesting information on a non-standard way to use The Events Calendar. I’ll have to play around with that and see what I can accomplish.

It’s this sort of flexibility that I REALLY appreciate about The Events Calendar. Add in compatibility with WooCommerce so you have access to all the WooCommerce compatible plugins and don’t need to implement two check-out experiences, and The Events Calendar is a slam-dunk win for event management.

    Thanks!

OK, here is the scenario; I have 4 tickets setup as follows:

3 tickets set to “Use global stock”
    1 ticket set to “Independent”

When I attempt to reset the stock of the “Independent” ticket to “unlimited” by entering a null in the ticket “Stock:” it APPEARS to not have any effect as the ticket is still listed as “X sold (0 remaining)”.

However, when you look on the front-end, the ticket is properly configured with unlimited stock (or at least no stock level is noted with the ticket). So, it appears that the way in which “unlimited” stock tickets are listed in the back-end event editor had me confused.

Could the back-end be tweaked to list tickets with unlimited stock as “unlimited” instead of “0 remaining”. There is no way to know at a glance if the “0 remaining” is truly zero tickets left to be sold or that the ticket is configured to have unlimited stock.

    Thanks!

Hmm. This appears to be dependent on a specific ticket configuration as I tested on another event and everything works fine. Let me try to determine the configuration I was testing when I noticed the issue and give you details on the specifics.
