Convert Business to Personal license

I need to convert a Business license to a Personal license for my Event Tickets Plus subscription. In the past, this can only be accomplished via creating a new Personal license (no way to “downgrade” an existing license).

Thanks so much for reaching out!

It looks like you don’t have a subscription for Event Tickets Plus, so it cannot be downgraded easily.  When your license expires in May, you can choose to create a new Personal license, as you had mentioned.
