MemberSorry for the continued issues, I took a look at your site:
And I am still seeing the javascript errors in the console for fitvids.js which is one reason why the links are not working.
TypeError: jQuery(...).fitVids is not a functionI am not getting that error on the other site. The error is coming from this file:
themes/canvas/includes/js/general.js
See if you can search WooTheme’s site for a solution to turning off the script or to see why it is not loading the fitvids.js script correctly.
Let me know once you have that error solved if there are still issues.

MemberOne way to get around it right now maybe to deactivate Series Engine, Create your Recurring Events, and then Reactivate it. Since the Recurring Events are already created the Series Engine should not change them after that.
I will talk to the team today and see if we have a hotfix or what else can be done to help this.
Thanks

MemberHi, sorry for the troubles, but I can help you out.
I took a look at your site and the first thing I noticed is this error on the top
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data03/85/2200285/html/wp-content/themes/canvas/includes/widgets/widget-woo-embed.php:451) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data03/85/2200285/html/wp-content/plugins/formidable/classes/controllers/FrmAppController.php on line 393That looks like it is coming from one of your theme’s widgets.
I also saw in the console this error.
TypeError: jQuery(...).fitVids is not a functionThat error looks like it is not finding the fitvids script. That should be the reason the Next Events links are not working.
Please see if you can remove that javascript or load the fitvids script and let me know if that solves the problem.
Thanks
Brian
MemberI saw the error and could not see an error message so I will need some more information with your help to narrow this down.
Testing for Conflicts
Are you able to deactivate all plugins and change themes on the site and test if the white screen stops? If not on the live site can you do it on a test site?
Please follow this guide for help:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/testing-for-conflicts/
Also, with the additional WooCommerce plugins you are using, could you deactivate those on the live site first and see if that solves the issue if you cannot do all the plugins?
Please let me know what you find out.
Thanks

MemberThere is no way to transfer the settings without using the method I described, but you can use WordPress’s Export and Import to transfer the Events, Venues, and Organizers. However, if you only transfer one type of content(events) and not all of it(including, posts, pages, etc.) the Featured Images do not transfer. That is a limitation from the WordPress Export and Import.
Let me know if you need more help.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the blank screen, I don’ t like those either! But I can help you out.
I took a look at your site, but could not find the event with tickets.
Could you provide a link for one and I can take a look.
Thanks

MemberHi, I can help you out with this.
If you are planning on moving the entire Events Calendar and want to keep all your events, settings, etc, you could copy your site. Then in the new Event Only site remove all the plugins you do not need.
On the first site you could then remove all the Events Calendar Plugins and links.
This plugin called Duplicator may help with the coping of your site.
Duplicator – Backups & Migration Plugin – Cloud Backups, Scheduled Backups, & More
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
Note: I moved this Topic to the Events Pro Forum as you are a registered user.

MemberOh how strange. I wonder if we could repeat the troubleshooting steps backwards – on a test site – so as not to impact your current site.
If possible could you create a site in a sub directory and start with the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro and WordPress Twenty Twelve. Once created please create a test event with all the Event and Venue Information filled in.
If that “test site” is working with the initial, try adding your current theme to it and check again with a new recurring event. Then if it is still working check after installing all your plugins with another recurring event.
If that is not possible with a test site, could you deactivate all plugins but the Events Calendar ones, change themes to Twenty Twelve, resave permalinks, then create a new recurring event and then send me a note I can take a look at it.
Series Engine
Also I noticed you are using Series Engine and we have noticed conflicts with our plugins related to date and timing issues for recurring events as their plugin changes WordPress timezones away from UTC causing problems with our plugin. We are working on a fix for it, but I do know when it will be released.
Let me know about that and we can keep working on find the problem.
Thanks

MemberHello Duwo Media,
With WooCommerce Tickets you can create multiple tickets per Event and give them different Inventory. That may work to have people buy specific workshops in an event.
As for different prices for the same ticket. We do not have that built in, but you maybe could use WooCommerce Coupons to change the price per ticket.
So I think out plugin gets your close, but you will have to do some customization to get it all the way to what you are looking for.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Thanks

MemberHello, I can help provide some information on this and maybe we can get rid of this conflict.
Do you have a link you can send us so we can see the error. That can help us get more information about it.
Also what is the widgets your removed to fix the error? Is it possible to try another widget from a plugin to replace that one?
Please let me know.
Thanks
