Brian
MemberI am glad to see you were able to figure it out.
In the future please note, here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you have a similar issue or another in the future, please do not hesitate to create a new ticket.
Thanks!

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have any features to duplicate events.
Events are custom post type so you might be able to use another plugin to do that.
This plugin might work out for you:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have any information whether it is compatible or not.
Our ticket purchase form is close to the WooCommerce Add to Cart Form, but might be missing a hook that plugin needs.
Our form can be customized in the theme so it could be modified there if need be.
I do not have any other information on how that would work out.
We do offer 30 day refund policy so you could try it out and if it does not work request one.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have a feature to combine Eventbrite Tickets with Community Events it could be possible to do, but would involve a fairly large project to code together and that is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugin. I can try to help out here, but we are limited in supporting plugin compatibility issues.
Having said that can you try using the Plugin Logic to disable WP Jump Menu on the event views and single templates:
And that might work?
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to embed the month view or any of the main views (month, list, photo, etc ) in other pages.
It is a feature we are working on to add with shortcodes, but I do not have a timeline when that will be released.
For now we only have the Widget Shortcodes:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi thanks for bringing this up.
If you did an automatic update in the first 48 hours of the 4.1 release it caused this issue.
It has been fixed and should be fine going forward.
Thanks for bringing it up and if you see it happen again please let us know.
Cheers
Brian
MemberIt is possible to add a custom filter to the Filter Bar we do not have any good resources on how to do it and it will involve some advanced level coding to get it all to work.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
There is a bug causing this.
We are working to have it fixed in 4.1.1, which we hope to release next week.
If you need the plugins to be working ASAP.
I recomend downgrading to 4.0.7 for The Events Calendar and Pro and the latest 4.0.x version for any of the other premium plugins.
This process does not delete or change events or settings, but it is a good idea to backup just in case.
You can download the older versions from your account here on theeventscalendar.com and older versions of the core plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/developers/
And use these steps to manually update:
Let me know if you get some error messages from the debug log and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.
We are having trouble reproduce the issue and not sure exactly what the cause is.
To help narrow this down please setup WordPress Debug to see what errors are showing when you try to recreate the issue a couple times in this file: /wp-content/debug.log

Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
Yes with both Pro and Filter Bar together you can use the additional fields created in Pro to filter them in the Filter Bar.
You can read more about it here:

MemberHi,
Thanks for reporting the bug. I was able to replicate it and created a bug ticket for us to address. I do not have a timeline when that will be fixed.
Also, we do not support nor authorize WPSpring to be a reseller of our plugins.
Thanks
