MemberOk I tested on that and not having an issue nor other reports of problems from anyone else.
It could be a Flash Issue on your browser. Have you checked to see if that is all working correctly?
I am not sure what else we can do without any other reports and not being able to replicate the issue.
Let me know though.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
We do not have an html version of the calendar.
It required WordPress to work.
We may have a version that can be embedded one day, but there are no concrete plans or timelines for that service.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
With 4.1 we released a feature Called Attendee ticket meta:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
That enables you to collect information for each attendee.
The fields are customizable per ticket too.
Is that what you are looking for?
We also released a Global ticket stock feature:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
The Eventbrite Tickets Plugin is a separate plugin and features are not included in Pro.
Pro is not needed for it to work though only the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Cheers

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
The iCal Importer will pull in the event data and display it using the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
So you can load up that plugin and it will show how the events will display overall.
Does that help some?

What browser are you using?
Here is the direct links to the videos too:

MemberOk no worries.
I believe it is a bug and just wanted to get the steps down for recreating so we can work to resolve it.
I am going to make a bug ticket for this. Not sure on the timeline for fixing it we are going maintenance releases every two weeks and have one coming out next week. So it will not be in that, but looking to get it in one of the following two.
Thanks
