ParticipantI just went into the source calendar and put in an all day test event for April 30. Everything imported ok. But then I went back to the source calendar and changed that test event to be all day April 30 and May 1. That did not get imported. What’s going on there?

MemberYes I would keep iCal on 4.1 and not update it.
We are looking to do some work to make the plugin more stable later this month into early next and I would leave it as is until it is released.
As for your test event if you just changed an existing event it might not detect it is different and not import it.
If it is a Recurring Import and this setting is checked: Overwrite Recurring: it should then overwrite the event.

ParticipantOverwrite Recurring was checked.

MemberIt sounds like it could be a bug that it is not detecting a change so it is not re-importing.
Is this the steps you did:
Create an All Day Event
Import it with a recurring ical import
Go back and Change the All Day Event to be Two Days
Wait for the recurring ical import to run again
Then the updated event is not changed in your WordPress SiteDoes that sound like what is happening?

ParticipantYes that is what I did. I have since removed that test event so it would not clutter up their calendar. It did not remove when it was imported to the website again so I manually went in and removed it from the website calendar.

MemberOk no worries.
I believe it is a bug and just wanted to get the steps down for recreating so we can work to resolve it.
I am going to make a bug ticket for this. Not sure on the timeline for fixing it we are going maintenance releases every two weeks and have one coming out next week. So it will not be in that, but looking to get it in one of the following two.
Thanks

MemberHi there,
Just wanted to inform that maintenance release 4.1.3 is out. The update includes a fix for this issue.
Please update the plugins to the latest version and re-test to see if the fix works for you.
Best,
