MemberThanks for the info.
I tested with the formats you gave me and it did the same thing.
If I remove the 00:00 from the Start Date that fixed it for me. Does that help for you?
You may also have to format the time to 24 hour format to get to work as well.
Let me know how what works out.
Thanks

MemberIf you would like any of the commercial plugins you have to purchase at least a one year license. We offer no other way for you to get the plugins.
Only the the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/
Is available to download without purchasing a license.
And Catherine we have this guide to upgrading licenses, which you can do from your account.

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
Unfortunately, the month view does not display on the Organizer Page or the Venue Page. It only displays on the Main Event Views Archive.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

MemberHi,
Thanks for reporting this.
PHP notices are kinda bugs, but not exactly. They do not prevent php funnctions from working, but it is something we need to take care of.
However, we are about to release 3.10 in the next week and we have changed all the coding so this issue looks to be resolved in that.
So once 3.10 is release please update and let us know if you still get that notice or a new notice.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Are you having this issue on the front end with the community event form?
Let me know and I can work with you to figure this out.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for purchasing WooCommerce Tickets.
Are you trying to change the Add to Cart Button on the Event Ticket form to go directly to the checkout?
You can try modifying the ticket template located here:
/wp-content/plugins/wootickets/views/wootickets/tickets.php
You can follow our themer’s guide to move that file to your theme and edit it there.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
That is about all we have for this customization, but I can try to answer some questions for you.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
I can help troubleshoot them with you.
So you have two orders with the same order number? But only one is showing in the database and the order section?
Did you get emails for both orders?
Have you seen if others have reported this in WooCommerce?
We do not modify the checkout process so not sure how much we can troubleshoot WooCommerce, but let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry to inform you, but 3.10 does not include any fixes for WPML issues. It is still an issue we are looking to tackle, but it did not make it into this release and I do not have a timeline for its release.

MemberHi,
The countdown widget is designed to promote a single event usually on the home page or other pages and not countdown on each event.
You could maybe set it up that way, but would have to do it through a customization, which is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in 3.10. However, that feature has not been added to our plugins for recurring events.
I do not have a timeline when that might be released.

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Our ticketing plugins do enable you to create multiple tickets per events. You maybe to use as multiple activities as you describe.
In addition if the user selects over a certain number of tickets the automatically become and event sponsor and are offered a discounted rate.
We do not have features that support this. It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Brendon,
Each plugin is a separate product and the license is for 1 year of updates and support and it has to be renewed every year to continue to receive updates and support.
We have this article explaining the details of the licenses:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-does-buying-a-license-get-me/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having and the late reply today.
We do not have a file upload. However, can you let me know what the Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time are for a couple events that are not working.
And can you confirm when you are importing all those fields are in different columns.
Let me know.
Thanks
