MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide support. I would ask that you take any support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.
Having said that I see you are using the Enfold theme and they do have coding that modifies the Events Calendar and I believe it hides some of settings including this one.
I would contact them to see about disabling their custom coding.
Thanks again!

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can try to help out here, but I am limited in supporting customizations.
When you orderby date it does the publish date of the event and not the Event’s start date.
This is what we use to orderby the Start Date:
'meta_key' => '_EventStartDate',
'orderby' => array('menu_order' => 'ASC','meta_value_datetime' => 'ASC',)We also have tribe_get_events that orders by startdate:
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins. I can answer your questions.
Sites like that are essentially pirating our name. We do not endorse nor support them in anyway.
We do offer discounts and send them through our newsletter, which can you can sign up for in the footer.
We do not have a set pattern of discounts though, but we usually do it 2 to 3 times though out the year.
For more information, check out our Deals, Discounts and Coupons page.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks
Brian

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
There was a missing file that has sense been updated in 4.1.3 that caused this when using our older ticketing plugins.
Unfortunately, to regain access to the site you need to delete The Events Calendar in the plugin directory and then reinstall it from WordPress.org
To do that you need to use an ftp program, your hosts cPanel’s File Manager, or contacting your host to help.
The plugin is located here:
wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar
And the latest version can be found here:
You can either search and add it back from the admin or follow these steps for manual updates:
Sorry again for the issues.
Let us know how that works out.
Thanks

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
This is a bug that we have fixed in our next release, which we are hoping to get by early next week or sooner.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

MemberHi,
You might have to pass the ticket product id to get this meta: _tribe_tickets_meta
If you use the event id it would return null I think.
Brian
