September 14, 2015 at 3:39 pm in reply to: How to change the Calendar Pro URL associated with my license key? #1005039
Brian
MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
Try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in using our plugins again.
I tried to get that to work, but could not even with the custom recurrence.
I believe it is the lack of a date option causing this.
I already have a ticket in to add that and pushing to get it sooner then later.
Sorry to disappoint.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
This is for the ticketing plugins such as WooCommerce Tickets correct?
We are actually rewriting that entire system for the 4.0 release so I am not sure about including this as everything is changing.
I believe it should be easier to add to the CSV Export. I will check in with the Developer who is working on this and see what he says.
Thanks for the suggestion.

MemberHi,
I moved the ticket to Pro.
I can also help troubleshoot this with you.
When I visited your site I did not see the Next and Previous Links.
However, in the console I do see this error that might be causing it:
cannot call methods on isotope prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'reLayout'
http://www.docman.com/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/vendor/isotope/jquery.isotope.min.js?ver=3.12
Line 13Have you removed the links? Do you know if you had a custom template in your theme for the nav? It would be in the tribe-events directory of your theme.
Let me know what you find out and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
We do not really have way to provide a “budget”
I can provide an invoice, but otherwise the prices are listed on the website for each plugin.
Unfortunately, we can only accept Credit Card or Paypal.
You could maybe purchase a Visa Giftcard or something similar and use that to purchase it online.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues.
There is a bug in the system causing this.
There are three temporary fixes until we can get a release to fix this.
If you uncheck this setting here:
Events > Settings > General Tab > “Recurring event instances”
It will resolve the issue and show events on the home page.
The other option is to disable Events from showing in the main loop:
Events > Settings > General Tab > “Include events in main blog loop”
The third option is to downgrade all Events Calendar Plugins to 3.11 following our manual update guide:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
We have created a ticket to address this in a Maintenance Release and will update you here once that is available.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.
I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.
Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages
Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.
That should fix the issue.
Let me know how that works out.
Thanks

Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for that.
I do not believe #78 should have worked in the first place. It may have only been working because of a bug.
I did get the following to work:
[tribe_mini_calendar category="Balade à Saint-Malo"][tribe_events_list category="Balade à Saint-Malo"]
Does that work for you?
Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help answer your questions.
We do not have any direct features to as you ask.
It could be possible with a custom query and set it to always get the next Saturday’s events.
We have a guide for setting up some using tribe_get_events:
I can help get you started on that, but unable to provide all the coding for a customization.
Let me know if you would like some help.
Thanks
Brian
MemberHi,
I looked at the site and it maybe an issue with the site loading everything by AJAX.
That may take some setting up in your theme to get it to work correctly.
If you change themes does the Calendar work then?
Also, do you have any Minify Plugins? Like Autooptimize or W3 Super Cache?
Those can create conflicts as well.
Brian
MemberGreat glad it helps.
I am going to close this ticket, but if you need anything else related to this topic or another please post a new topic on the forum and we can help you out.

MemberHi,
Sorry to disappoint. I thought that was going to be included with the Custom Recurrence.
There is no API for the custom recurrence and I do not have any resources how it all works.
The only way to make changes right now would be to edit the coding directly.
Cheers

MemberHi,
Sorry for the issues you are having and thanks for bring it up.
It does appear to be a bug.
The Photo View in Spanish links to foto, which gives a 404 error.
However, even in Spanish /photo/ still works.
I have created a ticket for us to resolve this.
We will update this ticket once we have more information.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using the Events Calendar.
That shortcode plugin is not created nor supported by us.
So I am unable to help on it.
You can try posting your question on their support forum to see if they will help out:
