I have purchased wootickets to use with events calendar. upon installing events calendar it has created a URL that ends with /index.phpcalendar/

and has omitted the backslash neccesary between the index.php and calendar to make the url work correctly. Ive seen this error popup a few times with other users on other forums but no solution?

    Can you advise please thanks

    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I am not sure what the issue is here, but I can help out.

Have you tried our 404 Error Guide to see if resaving the permalinks helps:

    Fixing HTTP 404 errors

If that does not help can you please in a private reply post your system data following this guide:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

And we can go from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information.

On this page can you change the single event slug from calendar:

Events > Settings > General Tab > “Single event URL slug”

That slug should not match this one: Events URL slug

I would change it to the default event and then resaving permalinks.

Let me know how that works out.

Thanks yes tried this – changed the main url to events and the single one to event but still no joy.

I dont think it is a permalink issue as I have tried it with default permalinks and still no joy.

Could it be a jquery issue?

    Hi,

I looked at the site and it maybe an issue with the site loading everything by AJAX.

That may take some setting up in your theme to get it to work correctly.

If you change themes does the Calendar work then?

Also, do you have any Minify Plugins? Like Autooptimize or W3 Super Cache?

Those can create conflicts as well.
