MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
The plugins in General should all be at the same version number for the first two numbers. So in this case 3.12.
Since Filter Bar is at 3.9 it is not even showing on your site.
The search bar that is showing is part of the core plugin.
Here is the features of the Filter Bar:
https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
But if you just like the existing search bar you can deactivate Filter Bar.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.
You can try out this css to change the color:
#tribe-events-content.tribe-events-month .tribe-events-tooltip h4 {
color: #000;
}Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks
October 1, 2015 at 8:05 am in reply to: Is it possible to use templates? or duplicate events? #1010466Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins.
We do not have features to duplicate as you describe.
To do it you would have to duplicate 3 different custom post types and make sure they are all still connected.
That is the event cpt, ticket cpt, and product cpt.
So it is possible to create a function that would do all three.
That is about all I have on this though, but can try to answer some more questions.
Thanks

October 1, 2015 at 7:48 am in reply to: Let Users Import their Facebook Events into Community Events #1010450Brian
MemberHi,
Thanks for using our plugins. That is an interesting idea.
However, we do not have any features to enable users on the front end to import events from Facebook.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.
http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
It is possible too with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide unfortunately.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi Caroline,
Thanks for using our plugins.
I have this snippet that once added to your theme’s functions.php can stop the ticket emails from being sent and removes the message from the Receipt Email:

Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Kam,
Thanks for trying out our plugin.
We do not have shortcodes for the main event views of Month, List, Map, Photo, etc…
We have shortcodes in Pro for our Widgets and you can read about them here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

MemberHi,
Sorry for the late reply.
I can help out here.
I visited your site by that link and not exactly sure what you mean.
The text did not appear to me to drop below the footer.
Did you fix it? or can you include a link to a screenshot?
Let me know and we can go from here.
Thanks

MemberHello,
Sorry for the issues you are having.
Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.
To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys
Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.
Let me know how that works out for you.
Thanks

MemberSorry for the confusion.
Filter Bar is not supported for WPML.
We only Support The Events Calendar and Pro for WPML.
Filter Bar has the ability to edit the Labels in the Admin and that would then overwrite any language translation so that could create a conflict as it does not have the ability to create labels in the admin in different languages.
That is all the information I have on it.
Thanks
October 1, 2015 at 7:22 am in reply to: Calendar Pro Widget not loading once you click previous or next month arrows #1010421Brian
MemberHi,
It looks like it is coming from the Realtor Widget on your site.
See if removing those widgets helps the issue as it is them that is causing the error.
Or you can run through our testing for conflicts guide and see if that narrows down the issue for you:
Let me know what you find out.
