    Good morning. I placed an order on 9/28/15. I have not received an email confirmation with a copy of the invoice.

    Please forward a copy of the paid invoice ASAP.

    READY TO GET STARTED?
    Getting started is easy:
    1. Download the plugin (from your email receipt or under Account Central).
    2. Upon installation/activation, in the plugin add your license key in Events -> Settings -> Licenses.
    3. Review the new user primer for the plugin you just purchased so you can make the most of what the plugin has to offer.
    If you get stuck, head over to the support page and see if any of the resources presented there can help.

    Hey Fred,

    I’m sorry for the trouble here!

    Just to be clear, have you received your license itself and such? Our account inspector shows that your license is valid. Head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/dowloads and http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys to look for your product downloads and your license, respectively.

    That should hopefully help you at least get started using the software you paid for!

    As for an official invoice, I’m not sure why you didn’t receive a confirmation email, but
