    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

What are you using as the RSS feed url? The exact url?

If I use this url I get the correct order of events showing in my browser:

    http://greenwoodcalendar.com/events/feed/

So it looks like the coding is correctly ordering the rss feed from our plugin.

It appears the rss reader on the other site is changing the order.

You might have to create a custom rss reader to reorder the events correctly.

Unfortunately, as rss was designed to show the latest content first it can create issues such as this as events do not follow that rule.

I can try to help out some more here, but unable to provide much more on this as it is not a feature we support.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in Pro.

Pro has shortcodes for our widgets you can find out here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

We do not have shortcodes for the main event views of Month, List, Photo, Etc…

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

Hi Kyle, what Mathew said is pretty much what we would respond with.

Theme Fusion could help you better then we can for an issue like this.

I will leave this ticket open if you have any follow up questions after contacting them.

Also, thanks Mathew for your reply!

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin. I can try to get you started on this.

Since the Event Views of Month, List, Photo, etc are setup as archives it looks like that Shop is setup as the catch all for that.

That coding is in your theme so it is unclear what you would have to change, but using these conditionals you could target specific views and change the title in the theme.

    https://gist.github.com/jesseeproductions/903f5ca75877b713c674

The theme developer could maybe point you to where this coding or function is to modify it.

I can try to help out more here, but I am limited in supporting 3rd party coding.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    The Events Calendar

If you have purchased a plugin from us, please login and post in the premium forums for that plugin and we can help you out there:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/

Having said that we do not have a Breadcrumb feature that is provided by 3rd party coding so we can try to answer some questions, but for the most part are unable to support 3rd party coding.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugins. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

I visited your site and I am seeing the January Link.

However, I had to directly go to the December Month View as the navigation is running our of memory for me. Can you increase you PHP memory on your server and that might help resolve that. If you are not sure about that your host might be able to help out.

Let me know if you go directly to December you see the link to and if you navigate between months you do not see it.

Add this to the month view url to go directly to December:

    2015-12/

Let me know what you find out.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

The filter bar keeps the current filter checked or marked in the filter bar itself. Beyond that we do not have any features to show what is currently being filter.

There is always room for improvement if you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

We do not have a feature to show lists of venues nor do we have categories of venues.

If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    http://tribe.uservoice.com/

We do have a single venue view in Pro that shows the venue and all upcoming events.

    It looks like this:

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi,

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

You could use WooCommerce Tickets for a basic registration system. It would enable you to collect a list of attendees. You could setup WooCommerce to give people the ability to pay then or pay at the door as well.

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-wootickets/

The license is indeed for one install of WordPress for support and updates.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

We are on Thanksgiving Vacation and spending time with our families so we are delayed in responding to support requests including the beta.

We will be back in full swing on Monday and follow up to comments on the beta site then.

I am going to close out this ticket as there is nothing more we can do here.

    Thanks
