JoshParticipant
I’ve attached a screen shot of the data that we are seeing in “Attendees” view. We really need to see First, Last and Email in a list view for this to work for us (our event happens tomorrow).
Thanks for the help
JoshJoshParticipantHey Brook,
I’ve installed the latest plugin version 4.1.2 of Events Tickets PLus and am still not seeing first, last and email for each attendee. Any other thoughts?
Thanks
JoshJoshParticipantI’m not seeing the 4.1.2 version available thru my admin panel. do I need to download and upload manually? also do I need an update to the events calendar pro etc. as well? thanks
JoshParticipantthanks for the tip. that has resolved our issue.
JoshParticipantGeoff,
thanks for the reply. I checked the Themer’s guide and found this reference to the location of the relevant file:
tickets/email.php – Template for the email the customers get when they purchase tickets for an event. This email is the actual ticket people will use at the door of your event.
Under the Events Ticket Plus heading I didn’t see a reference to this file:
/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Email.phpI have been able to locate the Email.php file in the Woocommerce folder, but am unable to identify the code pertaining to the event time. Could you provide a direct reference to the code line? or am I missing something obvious?
thanks
JMJoshParticipantremoved a customization for putting the ticket form above the event content and now have been able to deactivate the old plugin. moving ahead with setting up event tickets plus.
JoshParticipantHi Cliff. Indeed we have already purchased the license for the Event Tickets Plus. The issue appears to be that deactivating the WooTickets plugin causes the 500 error. In communication siwth our host wpengine.com tech support, the error logs pointed to line 62 in single-event.php. As noted, when we try to deactivate the plugin the site goes down. Since wee’re already selling tickets to the event we’re in need of a quick fix. Do you offer any fee based custom support?
JoshParticipantremoved customization code from functions.php and its now working 🙂
JoshParticipantseems like we got it fixed. had o remove functions.php, finish updating Pro and TEC, then put functions.php back in place. any ideas why?

“Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘TribeWooTickets’ does not have a method ‘handle_delete_product’ in /home/scmwa/scmwine.com/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406”. Has there been a fix developed yet?
Thanks
JoshJoshParticipantgreat. just what I needed. I’ll let you know once I’ve got it straightened out. Another request has come up – can we set the calendar to default to a specific month? The music festival happens in July so folks here would like the calendar to default there. thanks!
JoshParticipantHi Jonah,
I’m thinking another direction might be to modify the events default template as that one pulls the right title “Calendar of Events”, even though it extends wider than the main content area.
What I need to know is how to constrain the width of the Calendar view to 960 pixels. Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks
JoshJoshParticipantHi Jonah
I’ve been through your FAQ and followed al lthe threads above hoping for a resolution. This is the code I’m using in functions.php:
I left the PHP open and stopped getting the error noted above, but still am only getting a single event title where I need it to read “Calendar of Events”. What am I missing?
Thanks for any help
JoshJoshParticipantJonah what was the 2nd thing above? I only see one. Thanks. J
