ticket forms disappeared

Hello. We’re seeing an irregular situation where we’ve had fully functioning event ticketing, then unexplciably we’re not seeing the ticketing form on 2 of 3 event pages:

This just came to our attention last week. luckily tickets can still be added to the cart via the main product catalog so we’ve added the Buy Now buttons. Obviously we’d prefer on event ticketing to work properly (as it was initially). we haven’t done any wp core or plugin updates recently so we are at a loss.

any suggestions to resolve would be most appreciated.

Hi Josh,

Sorry for the trouble here with the tickets forms not displaying on some events!

The ticket form is automatically hide and display when the start and end dates for tickets are set. Would you be willing to send me a screenshot of the ticket settings for the event that is not showing tickets so I can check the dates and make sure that is not the issue?
