Hi, PP. I’ll try to answer these in order so it doesn’t get too confusing.

    1. Thanks for taking the time to upgrade. That makes it much easier for us to help you.

    2. Your second statement is correct. The tooltip is not a link, only the event title in the calendar is.

    3. Honestly, I’m not sure why this is happening for you as I don’t know of any other users reporting it. I imagine it has something to do with some subtle facet of CSS. Adding .tribe-events-tooltip .tribe-events-event-thumb { max-width: 90px; } seems to resolve it in our testing. You can put that in your custom tribe-events.css stylesheet or wherever else seems appropriate based on your setup.

Let me know how it goes!

I’m sorry, Sam. I must not have understood your original question. Rereading it, I see that you’re looking to change the reply-to address for emails. Is that correct?

The WooCommerce Tickets emails are sent using the settings in the WooCommerce: Settings in the Emails tab under “Email Sender Options”. As far as I know there is not a way to configure a different Reply-to address. For more information about how to tweak that, your best bet may be to contact the Woo Ninjas directly.

I apologize again for misunderstanding you in the beginning. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help!

Hi, Kevin. I’m truly sorry that you’re in such a pickle. This bug was missed in our testing, and we’re working diligently to get it patched.

Obviously, this is only an interim workaround, not a true fix. Please rest assured that this is a top priority for us. We will be rolling out a resolution as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in the interim.

Hi, morktron. Thanks for sending the screenshot. That does indeed look correct.

Hi, Greg. Thanks for asking about our Facebook Events add-on.

Facebook Events is a fully-featured event importing plugin that extends the capabilities of The Events Calendar. For a complete overview of its capabilities, please check out our product page for it: https://tri.be/shop/facebook-events/

That said, the functionality you’re looking for seems to be aimed at two-way communication with Facebook, which our add-on cannot provide. Unfortunately, for event management beyond importing events created in Facebook, you would need to be on Facebook’s site. I believe this is because of restrictions in Facebook’s API, but I’m not certain about that.

I’m sorry that our product doesn’t seem to be what you’re looking for. Please let me know if you have any further questions about it.

Hi, yorkshiretots. I’m very sorry that you’re experiencing this bug.

Other users have reported success by un-checking “Include events in main blog loop”:

After Update Homepage not working properly

Would you mind trying that and letting us know how it goes?

    Thanks!

Good catch, annette! Thanks so much for sharing your solution! If you don’t mind, it could be really helpful to us if you could paste in a message here the System Information shown under The Events Calendar Settings: Help tab so that we can have an idea of what else might be going on.

rm2project, have you tried un-checking “Include events in main blog loop”? If so, did that help?

Please know that we are currently working on a fix for this and will let you know as soon as one is available.

One other thing you might try is flushing your permalinks (by navigating to the permalinks page in your Dashboard). That can also be part of the issue.

Please let us know how it goes!

Hi, Neil. I’m definitely disappointed to hear that you’re still experiencing this issue.

Assuming you have Day View enabled, it should just show a NO EVENTS TODAY type message, like this one I just grabbed from our test site: http://d.pr/i/7N7b

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Sometimes that can be part of the problem.
