ParticipantHi, tommyacquario. Great question!
Usually this is because the order is still marked as “Processing” in the WooCommerce Orders list. Once you mark the order as “Complete”, they should definitely show up.
Would you mind checking that out and letting me know if that might be the issue?
Thanks, and happy holidays! π
Kelly
ParticipantAwesome! If anything comes up, just give us a shout. π
Kelly
ParticipantMy pleasure, tommyacquario. π
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here:

December 23, 2013 at 9:13 am in reply to: Total Seat Stock rather than individual ticket sub-type stock counts #83311Kelly
ParticipantHi, Sean. Great question! π
Unfortunately, the way the WooCommerce Tickets add-on works is that each ticket is its own individual product in the WooCommerce Catalog. As such, I’m not sure how you could like the inventory of the two. If the folks at WooThemes have any ideas, we’re happy for you to run them by us! π
Kelly
ParticipantI’ll check into this and get back to you, Ben. Thank you for explaining!
Please note that because of the holidays it may take a little extra time, but I’ll follow up as soon as I have an answer.
Kelly
ParticipantHi, getprofitable. The best way to handle that would probably from the WooCommerce shop or Product page for the ticket. Do you think that might work for you?

ParticipantHi, John. Thanks for the detailed inquiry! π I really appreciate how thorough you are.
It is my understanding that the way that the two plugins interact is the limiting factor, but I’m happy to put in a query to our dev team so that I can get a definitive answer for you. Please bear in mind that with the holidays almost upon us, it may take a few days for a response, but I’ll get back to you when I hear more.
Thanks for being a WooCommerce Tickets user! π
Kelly
ParticipantAbsolutely! It sounds like you’ve really got a handle on things. You’ll want to make sure that the tickets are marked as visible (rather than hidden) in the WooCommerce catalog so that they show up in the Shop.
Is there anything you’re having issues or questions with in the setup?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Ben. Are you saying that the cost field is removed even for events without WooCommerce Tickets associated with them? That doesn’t sound right to me.
Please confirm, and I’ll check it out with our dev team. Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, bradystarr. You should just be able to override the entire file. Did that work for you?
Kelly
ParticipantExcellent question, getprofitable. This isn’t something that our add-on is designed to do, but I would guess that there is some sort of plug-in or add-on for WooCommerce that would do just that.
Have you had a chance to check out the WooThemes site to see if they have any ideas about upsells? I would expect that you could link the products within their framework somehow.
Good luck! π
December 19, 2013 at 11:37 am in reply to: Events calendar 3.3 update just turned every full day event into a 2 day event!! #82861Kelly
ParticipantWe are actively working on a solution as I type. It will be deployed as soon as possible. I would anticipate by end of day, but I can’t promise anything.
Thanks for your patience! π
Kelly
ParticipantGreat question, Ben! π We’ve actually got a tutprial for just your situation: https://theeventscalendar.com/filtering-tec-to-show-prices-from-woocommerce-tickets/
Please give it a whirl and let us know how it goes. Thanks! π
Kelly
ParticipantAh, let me give you a simpler solution then. If you wouldn’t mind removing what you added to the functions.php, for housekeeping purposes, that’s a good start.
Then, you can add a few lines of code to your wootickets/tickets.php file. Hereβs an example of the modified file:
The code that controls showing the tickets available is on lines 92-94. You should be able to just slip those lines into your overridden tickets.php to affect the change.
Hope that helps! π

ParticipantNo problem, Matthias. I’m sorry we don’t have a better solution for you at the moment.
Happy holidays! π
