Custom reccurence with different times / custom date patterns?

Hey tribe-Team,

i want to achieve the following for an event. The event has some dates like:
Mon, 1.1. 6pm
Wed, 3.1. 7pm
Thu, 4.1. 6pm

Is it in anyway possible the make this possible with the custom recurrence feature? Right now if i edit the time separately on one event it is not handled as recurring event anymore.

A feature suggestion would be to make it possible to connect events with a “parent event” field, so that irregular recurrence would be possible.

Hi Matthias,

I’m afraid right now that is not supported (at least not ‘out of the box’). We would indeed need a different structure to support this sort of pattern and we are considering such a change – right now though I’m afraid it’s simply not something we can support.

Hello Barry, hello Katy!

Do you have any Idea if you will add such a feature in the near future (say 6 months) or is it something you might do someday which also could be “never”. We are scheduling recurring courses with Events Calendar Pro and it is a pain in the ass that we have to setup individual events and all by hand and then apply changes to each individual event etc…
