ParticipantGreat question, impact100! The good news is that this is a quick fix that can be done with a quick template override for the the-events-calendar/views/single-event.php file.
First, you’ll want to check out one of our tutorials on creating a template override so that you’re familiar with the steps involved. Here’s a good example: https://theeventscalendar.com/changing-labels-for-icalgoogle-calendar-links-in-a-single-event/ Then, you’ll want to do the same, but for removing the line of code that calls that link for the header portion:
<li class="tribe-events-nav-previous"><?php tribe_the_prev_event_link( '« %title%' ) ?></li>Anyhow, please give it a go and let us know how it works for you! 🙂

ParticipantGreat question, egojab! This is totally possible, but to do exactly as you describe would be something that would require some custom development based on exactly how you want it to behave.
You could definitely create something where you look at the user details with wp_get_current_user() and then act based on what you find there. That would be outside the scope of what I could help you with in this forum, though.
Another option would be to give out discount codes (generic or user-specific) that would allow users to buy a ticket at a discounted price, using the existing functionality in WooCommerce.
If you do decide to go with coding something to make this work, please let us know if you come up against any snags. We’re always here to help make sure you’re pointed in the right direction. 🙂

ParticipantHi, Sean. Excellent question!
The files you’re looking for are located in the wp-content/plugins/wootickets/classes/ folder. Does that help?

ParticipantHi, sean. Thanks for your question about this feature.
Admittedly, this sort of repeating event is not currently handled by WooCommerce Tickets. It’s definitely on the roadmap, but I can’t make any promises about when it’ll make it out the door.
So, the short answer is that it’s in the works, but I don’t have any kind of timeframe for it. For now, your best bet is to set up separate events for the tickets or to have a link on the event pages to a shop page.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi, Navin. Great question!
Would you mind checking that the sales dates include today’s date? If sales for the ticket haven’t started, the ticket box will not appear.
It would also be helpful to have a link to a page where a ticket box should be so that I can have a look at what’s going on.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, rhodesyman. Great question!
As it happens, there’s another user that’s asking for the same thing on another thread right now:
Total Seat Stock rather than individual ticket sub-type stock counts
As soon as I hear back from our dev team, I’ll let you know. Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, Sean. Thanks for the informative reply.
I’ll check in with our devs and get back to you about options. Thanks for your patience!

ParticipantHi, maxhenry. Events listed at eventbrite.com should work just fine. Unfortunately, the event in your first post is at eventbrite.sg, so that’s where the problem is occurring.
As long as you can standardize on a single Eventbrite TLD, you’ll be fine. Our plugin only has issues where there is a mix.
Hope that helps! 🙂

ParticipantHi, tommyacquario. Were you able to get to the bottom of this? Is there anything else we can do to help?
Happy new year!

ParticipantHi, kingjacob. Great question!
Since WooCommerce Tickets has no connection to the purchasing side of things, I don’t think we can be of any help to you here. The tickets will not be sent out until the order is marked as completed in the WooCommerce orders page, so that behavior is as expected.
Your best bet is to get in touch with either WooThemes or your payment providers to followup.
Sorry that we can’t be of more help!

ParticipantHi, osmans84. It sounds like this is covered by your other post. I’m going to close this topic so that we can focus on troubleshooting in your other thread.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, maxhenry. Would you mind confirming that you’re working with 15 different Eventbrite TLD’s for your events, e.g. http://www.eventbrite.sg/, http://www.eventbrite.kr/, http://www.eventbrite.in, etc.?
Unfortunately, if that’s the case, we won’t be able to accommodate your set up based on limitations in the API supplied to us by Eventbrite. 🙁
If you would like a refund, please contact pro /at/ tri.be with your receipt and a link to this thread. We really apologize for being unable to help you through this.

ParticipantHi, osmans84. Great question!
I notice several odd things with your site that make me wonder if there isn’t something more going on under the hood. What changes did you notice when you deactivated other plugins and changed to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve? Were the overlap issues on the front page and the “No Results Found” message on the event list still there?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, maxhenry. Great question! 🙂
By default Eventbrite Tickets expects to be interacting with Eventbrite at eventbrite.com. That may be the source of the trouble. Have you had a chance to follow this tutorial to change the TLD for your Eventbrite setup: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation-eventbrite-tickets/configuring-the-eventbrite-tickets-add-on-to-use-eventbrite-co-uk/
That should get things fixed up for you. 🙂

ParticipantHi, bluecanoe. Great question! That does sound really frustrating.
I’ve never had a report of this before, so I’m definitely puzzled. Are you sure that the tickets are still set to be on sale through Eventbrite at that time? Have you tried disabling your other plugins to see if one of them might be interfering? How about changing to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve?
