Different ticket types (prices)

    I have a requirement for the tickets to have up to 2 different prices (adults and concessions), but I cant see a way of doing this. I’ve tried adding product variations in WooCommerce, but it seems that doesn’t come through to WooCommerce Tickets. Is there any way to accomplish this? I’m willing to get my hands dirty and edit the php code if necessary!

    Hi, rhodesyman. Great question!

    As it happens, there’s another user that’s asking for the same thing on another thread right now:

    Total Seat Stock rather than individual ticket sub-type stock counts

    Hi, rhodesyman. Our devs have had a chance to check this out, so I wanted to get back to you on the status.

    Using Variations in this way is certainly an intriguing proposition, and we can definitely see how it would solve the issue that you’re having. That said, the plugin unfortunately wasn’t designed with that in mind, and that is not how it works at the moment.

    We’re very open to feature requests and are almost to the point in our lifecycle where we can start thinking about prioritizing them. On the other hand, please understand that implementing such a change is not a drop-of-the-hat tweak.

    We have started looking into the feasibility of adding this. In the meantime, we would be very grateful if you would suggest it and vote for it on our UserVoice page. (We prioritize new features based on the response they receive there.) Rest assured, once a decision is ultimately made, you’ll be the first to know.
