    the tickets box just disappears hours before the event starts, which is when most people are wanting to buy the tickets. works great except the hours leading up to event. All the time settings appear to be set correctly, even well past when the event starts. Can you tell me why its disappearing? Very frustrating.

    Hi, bluecanoe. Great question! That does sound really frustrating.

    I’ve never had a report of this before, so I’m definitely puzzled. Are you sure that the tickets are still set to be on sale through Eventbrite at that time? Have you tried disabling your other plugins to see if one of them might be interfering? How about changing to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve?
