    Where and how do I edit the HTML ticket? I have looked all over and all I have found was to edit an email.php file, which I cannot find in the recent update and doesn’t seem to be the right solution. I just want to add a block of text at the bottom with instructions that this email will serve as their ticket and how to work with our box office. Thanks!

    The files you’re looking for are located in the wp-content/plugins/wootickets/classes/ folder. Does that help?
