ParticipantI’m sorry, Bill, but I don’t have any information about that. Modern Tribe and WooThemes are totally separate concerns. Best of luck to you! π

ParticipantHi, nysci. Great question! π
Typically, this happens because the tickets are not yet on sale. Would you mind checking on you Eventbrite ticket settings to ensure that the Ticket Sales Start Date is in the past?
That should do the trick! π

ParticipantHi, cristiandascalu. I’m so sorry that you’re having issues with the plugin setup.
Sometimes, Eventbrite has issues with names timezones. Have you tried changing the time zone to UTC+/-##? For instance, US Pacific Time for a city like Los Angeles would end up being UTC-8. That may resolve the issue.
Please let us know if that does the trick! π

ParticipantGreat question, theoketen! π
This functionality is accessed from the WooCommerce order page. If you’re viewing an order that has tickets in it, when you click on “Order Actions” in the sidebar, you’ll see “Tickets” as an option under “Resend order emails”:Β http://files.mzaweb.com/image/1X2u3r182F3M
That should resend the ticket email to the email address specified in the order.
Let us know how that works for you! π

ParticipantThis is a really cool idea, walkingfish! π
Much as we’d like to be able to support you through this kind of advanced customization, we’re, unfortunately, not set up to help you troubleshoot this sort of thing. On the other hand, if this is something that you think would be of value to the community at large, we’d be most grateful if you’d suggest it on our UserVoice forum.
If you decide you’d like more help with your solution, we’d be happy to offer you the names of some developers that we’ve had good dealings with in the past. π Best of luck!

ParticipantHi, keve. Great question!Β

These would be separate events in our system as recurring events all must occur at the same time of day.
Are there any other questions I can answer for you?

ParticipantGreat question, hlbauer14! π This sounds like a cool bit of functionality.
Unfortunately, this is outside the scope of what we can offer in the forum, but if you need help finding a developer who can help you out, please let us know. We’d be happy to share a list of folks that we can vouch for.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, ken20772. Great question!
It looks like many of the common URLs for TEC on your site are resulting in these errors. Is it possible that this had something to do with the relocation of your site?
I would say that your best bet is to make a complete backup and then remove and reinstall TEC. Odds are, that will do the trick.
Please let us know how it goes! π

Please give this snippet a try:

That should do the trick! π

ParticipantHi,Β GrΓ©goire. This is a great idea, but unfortunately, not one that is implemented in WooCommerce Tickets.
It would be great if you’d suggest it on our UserVoice page so that we could gauge community interest in this feature. For now, maybe you could use a WooCommerce plugin that would allow users to add it as an upsell after adding the ticket to their cart?
Kelly
ParticipantExcellent question, Nicki! Thanks for asking!
The add-ons are each separate. You can find out details about the features and capabilities of each by hovering over “Products” in the menu at the top of the page and then clicking on the plugin add-on that you’re interested in.
Are there any other questions I can answer for you?

ParticipantHi, ompointyoga. Great question! π
Normally, assuming your license key is listed in the Events Calendar settings, the plugins should automatically find updates for themselves. If ever they don’t, you can always find the latest versions on your Account’s Download page.
When installing the plugin, please be sure to back up your site first. You’ll also need to rename or delete the existing plugin file(s) because WordPress will not overwrite them for you.
Please let us know if you encounter any snags along the way!
Kelly
ParticipantExcellent question,Β GrΓ©goire! πΒ The best way to do with would be with an override of the single-event.php file.
You’ll basically want to remove everything from line 23 to line 47 of the file. Tweaking the particular elements that are removed will allow you to only remove the elements that you don’t need.
Please give it a shot and let us know how it goes! π

ParticipantGreat question, Amala! π WooCommerce Tickets is a great solution for this sort of registration as well.
I’d recommend that you set up a free ticket for your event. When your user gets to the checkout, he or she will not be asked for payment information because the amount due is 0.
Do you think that will work for your situation?

ParticipantThat’s a great idea, Ben. If you wouldn’t mind suggesting that on our UserVoice page, we’d be most grateful!
By the way, if you have a minute or two, we will love it if you would write a few words for us here:
