Ticket Box is not showing up

Ticket Box is not showing on event page on my website .
For example :

Could You please help me out??

Typically, this happens because the tickets are not yet on sale. Would you mind checking on you Eventbrite ticket settings to ensure that the Ticket Sales Start Date is in the past?

Hi, nysci. Thanks for the link to your event on Eventbrite. That’s very helpful. 🙂

I was able to test an import on my sandbox system with Twenty Thirteen as the theme and no outside plugins activated. As you can see, the ticket box shows up just fine: http://d.pr/i/5bRu. 🙂 So at least we know that once you get the issue with your setup resolved it should work! 🙂

That said, since it worked for me, would you mind trashing the event on your WP site and then reimporting it using the Eventbrite ID? I’m hoping that will be a quick way to ensure the event is synced between the systems. Also, once you get to the event editing page in WordPress, please double check to confirm that the “Display tickets on event page” has the “Yes” radio button selected, as shown here: http://d.pr/i/nJir.

So i try importing with id – 562111533 , but it is not importing.
It is saying “We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again”

Recently I had changed my host, it was working perfectly on that old host with same plugin and theme but now it is not working.

Hi, nysci. It looks like you’re leaving out the 9 at the beginning of the ID. Would you mind trying the longer ID (9562111533)?

Like I said, it’s working for me, so beyond backing up the site, uninstalling the plugins and reconfiguring everything, I’m not sure what else to recommend.
