    Please offer asap a solution to this issue. We payed to use the widget not to lose time looking for sollutions. Everything suggested is not working …

    Hi, cristiandascalu. I’m so sorry that you’re having issues with the plugin setup.

    Sometimes, Eventbrite has issues with names timezones. Have you tried changing the time zone to UTC+/-##? For instance, US Pacific Time for a city like Los Angeles would end up being UTC-8. That may resolve the issue.
