ParticipantHi, siamack. I’m sorry about your situation. We handle all refunds through the email address pro a/ tri.be.
Please send us an email there and reference your thread with Rob, and we’ll get you taken care of. I’ll also give the team a heads-up to expect to see that email from you.
Would you mind letting me know here after you’ve sent it? That way I can make sure that it’s addressed in a timely manner. Thanks!

ParticipantHi, philippas. Actually, this is a misleading error message on our part.
Please make sure you have the latest version of The Events Calendar installed, in addition to WooCommerce and WooCommerce Tickets. You can download TEC for free from WordPress.org or in the plugins section of your site.
Please let us know if that fixes the issue for you.

ParticipantYou’re welcome, Charlie! If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please let us know!

ParticipantHi, Kristin. That’s definitely not what an Event Category page should look like. My feeling is that there’s a conflict going on either with your theme, or with what you’re using for translation (maybe WPML).
Would you mind trying with the TwentyTwelve theme and other plugins disabled? Let me know what happens, and we’ll take it from there.

ParticipantHi, ivanhi. I’m sorry you’re having issues with the Calendar Widget. Unfortunately, we had many reports of problems with it in Version 2.x, and so we completely redesigned it for Version 3.x.
Is it possible for you to upgrade to the latest version? That should be enough to resolve the issue for you.
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Amy. The documentation for the widget is available on our documentation site here: http://docs.tri.be/Events-Calendar-PRO/class-TribeEventsMiniCalendarWidget.html
Hopefully, that’s what you need to be able to fix the issue. If not, please let us know what other documentation we can get you to help you design your site.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, khjoy. We’ve had users seeing a similar issue where the title is set to Upcoming Events, but yours may be different: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/site-title-upcoming-events/
I’m gonna ask you some questions to help with troubleshooting. Hopefully, these will help us narrow it down:
- Have you tried updating to the latest release of TEC PRO?
- Do you see the same behavior with TwentyTwelve as the theme?
- Does it persist if you try switching from the Default Page Template to the Default Events Template (or vice versa — basically whatever one you’re not using now)?
- Also, we’ve had issues where people see odd behaviors when they run TEC in a staging environment, i.e. /staging/events instead of just /events. Is it possible to test where it’s at the root (maybe on a difference machine) to see if the behavior persists?
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, sambellerose. It sounds like you’re looking for a translation which we have not yet received help with from our user community. All of our localizations are sourced from our users.
If you would like to help us out with creating the translation files for your language, we would be very eager to offer you discount(s) on licenses as a way of thanking you. Please email us at pro /a tri.be for more specifics and reference this support thread.
Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, tmbond. Thanks for reaching out about this.
You can remove the Organizer info by editing the Single Event Template. Please check out our Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) for complete info on how to do this.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, Takuya. That is a really daunting number of events to bring over. Unfortunately, we don’t have anything in place to accomplish that kind of import at this time.
You’re more than welcome to check out our documentation to see if you can come up with something that works, but I’m afraid this sort of customization is outside of the scope of our support here.
In case it’s at all helpful, please know that our Facebook Events and Eventbrite Tickets have import functionality, but it doesn’t look like that’s what you’re looking for. We are working on a CSV importer that will eventually be added to the 3.x product, but it’s not ready for testing yet. If you would like to be part of the eventual beta testing group, please drop us an email at pro a/ tri.be.
Good luck!
