ParticipantHi,
I cannot get my events to show tickets consistently. I now have one ticket showing on one event. I have tried to set up another event with a ticket, and although I believe I have followed exactly the same system, it does not show up.
The history of the problem and solutions are as follows –
I installed tickets and no ticket would show up
I added code in to function.php as on another thread, ticket showed up
I edited the ticket in woocommerce so that the people booking got the courses associated with this, through sensei, the ticket vanished
I removed the slide show widget that was causing problems, the ticket re-appeared.
I added in another event and ticket, this ticket does not show.
I removed the code from function.php and the new event ticket still does not show up!
Thanks

MemberHi John,
We’d definitely like to help if we can – can I just get a little more info:
I edited the ticket in woocommerce so that the people booking got the courses associated with this, through sensei, the ticket vanished
Sensei isn’t something I’ve used – but could you run through what you tweaked here?
I’m also slightly unclear if after doing this you only had to remove the slide show widget for it to show again: is this particular widget associated with Sensei in any way, or were these entirely distinct problems that were solved separately?
I added in another event and ticket, this ticket does not show. I removed the code from function.php and the new event ticket still does not show up!
OK – just to summarize where we currently are with WooCommerce Tickets – so long as you are using the latest version you should not require the fix we were asking people to add to their functions.php file previously.
For this particular ticket that is failing to display, would you be able to share a screenshot of the ticket settings (start and end sale dates, stock levels etc)?
Thanks!

MemberHi Brian – I’m not quite sure I understand – were you replying in relation to a different thread?

ParticipantHi, Brian. It sounds like you may have been able to chase this down on your own or have switched to Eventbrite Tickets. I’m going to close this thread, but if you need further assistance, please start a new topic and reference this one. Thanks!
