MemberDid you get any further with this one/is there anything else we might be able to do to help?
Barry
MemberI’m going to close this since I’m guessing you don’t need any further help – but feel free to create a new thread if needed 🙂

MemberSeems identical to this thread (or very close in nature) so I’ll go ahead and close this one.
Barry
MemberPerhaps something like this could be a starting point for you?
Barry
MemberOK. So it may be you need to reach out to WooThemes on this one (or to whomever made the gift certificate add-on). Can you give an example of one of the product URLs that result in a 404?
Barry
MemberOK, so a couple of ideas here:
– You could try working with tribe_get_events() instead of directly working with WP_Query (it pretty much accepts the same parameters though).
– You could record post IDs in an array and skip subsequent posts with the same ID.

MemberHi porchdallas,
If this is a follow-up from this topic then there is no need to create a new thread, we could simply keep the conversation going there.
Again, if this relates to some custom code you have written, can you share what you have done so we can take a look? Services like Pastebin and Gist are excellent tools for sharing code (posting it directly in the forum won’t work very nicely).
Thanks!

MemberHi Kimiya. This is, unfortunately, a known bug – but it should be addressed in our soon-to-be-released next version.
Barry
MemberHi mitchell360,
Thanks for the report – we can definitely look into that. Can you tell me what the actual problem is you are experiencing though? Are the events being imported offset by a number of hours?
Barry
MemberHopefully they can help 🙂
Barry
MemberNot really, at least not without a considerable amount of work. How about using categories to keep things separate instead? You could then have a general category and a tennis court category.
Barry
MemberCan you provide a URL so I can see the problem? I couldn’t locate any events content via the URL you provided when you opened the thread.
Also, when you say “custom menu” do you simply mean that you built up a menu via the Appearance > Menus admin screen, or is it custom coded in some form?
Barry
MemberDo you mean you wish to separate those who paid $30 and those who paid $35? If so I’m afraid the attendee list doesn’t facilitate that.
WooCommerce’s own reporting tools might be able to offer you something in this situation however you’d need to experiment with that, I’m not sure it will meet your needs either.
Barry
MemberHi acmt85, it may be worth seeing if WooThemes own support team can offer you any advice on this one (perhaps there is even a third-party extension to help facilitate this).
It’s not something WooTickets itself facilitates, though.
Barry
MemberSo when you say “the product did not show up” is this a product you created with/especially for Gift Certificates Pro?
And were you still unable to create other, regular products with WooCommerce at that point?
