Add Event page is blank?

Hi,
I am using the community event plugin, and when i navigate to the event add page it is just blank?

you can see it here on my test URL
http://www.3b.asok.co.uk/events/community/add
The page is being found as it displays the title, but nothing more…

Im sure im doing something really obviously wrong, but i dont know what…

FYI im using the beta 3 of the calendar etc, but this issue was the same on version 2.

edit – when i change to the standard 2012 theme it shows fine. What on earth could be causing such a big theme conflict that this page does not show at all? Any ideas? Im using the maya shop theme…

I’m not sure – with your theme of choice activated do you see anything in the server/PHP error logs (please check with your host if you are unsure as to how these are accessed) that may be relevant?
