Like this? There are double break tags after each ‘button’ and that is probably the reason they are sort of ‘staggered’ vertically.

That isn’t anything to do with our plugin, however, so you would probably need to seek advice from the plugin vendor or your theme vendor (a number of themes process the content in such a way that paragraph and break tags can, inadvertently, be added in the wrong places).

OK – so when you deactivate Gift Certificates Pro there is a still a problem in that you can only create event tickets (via WooTickets), you can’t create any other products?

And if you additionally deactivate WooTickets does everything return to normal at that point?

Occasionally conflicts can be compound in nature – that’s to say, three may be a conflict somewhere along the line with yet another plugin (or even your theme) that isn’t immediately obvious. For that reason, I’m going to recommend the following steps as part of the troubleshooting process:

    – Please deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar, WooTickets and WooCommerce

    – Please also ensure that each is the latest stable version

    – Change your theme to a default, unmodified one such as Twenty Twelve

    – Are you now able to create regular products and also event tickets?

It’s possible there’s a conflict – WooTickets does modify product permalinks – but I’d need a little more detail as I am unfamiliar with the Gifts Certificate Pro plugin.

Is it just the new gift certificate product that is affected?

There are plenty of snippets on the forum if you want to do a little searching – alternatively you could also use the upcoming events list widget and position it below the calendar grid.

Ideally we shouldn’t touch core plugin code. Instead, can you try adding a snippet like this one to your theme’s functions.php file and see if that helps?

    Hi Nicole,

That’s a strange problem – can you confirm what you mean by the role being “broken”, though?

Are admin users completely unable to login? Can you also confirm if you tried a slight variation of the process you already ran through where Community Events is enabled by itself but other plugins are disabled (and indeed switch to a default theme) – this would help to eliminate the possibility that there is a conflict between Community Events and some other component.

    Thanks!

OK. As I understand it if you hit renew then your existing license should simply have been extended – as you suggested in your first post though you probably could just keep using the current one until next January and then insert the other after that.

We’re definitely not going to leave you high and dry here but since I’m not in honesty 100% sure what’s happened here let me check in with the team on this one.

Hi Annette, have you tried adding a meta query to compare the current and event start dates?

    Hi!

So is this loop a piece of custom code – if so we can’t offer any guarantees but do feel free to share it so we can take a look at what you are doing – or if not can you give a breakdown of the steps we’d need to follow to replicate this?

    Thanks!

No problem – I’ll go ahead and close this thread, but of course feel free to create new ones as needed 🙂

Has WooCommerce been setup correctly? I took a look at your site and this seems to happen whether you try to reach the cart through the WooCommerce storefront, by adding a ticket generated by WooTickets or navigating there directly.

It might be better to check in with WooThemes own support team if you need help getting WooCommerce itself up and running 🙂

    Hi!

To confirm, did you renew (by visiting the license page and hitting renew) or did you go to the store and buy a new license?
