MemberOK, so it sounds like the emails are working in that case and that any glitches were perhaps due to downtime with Gmail, or other external issues, that are beyond what WordPress, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Tickets can control.
Because when I marked the ticket finished, it not show a sell was made. But before we get into that, I first want to get the error message which could be the cause.
We would certainly be happy to help with this – but since it sounds like a quite separate issue from the problem with email please do create a new thread for this (as we try to stick to one issue per thread).
If you have any further questions regarding emails please let me know, otherwise I’ll go ahead and close this one. Thanks!

MemberHi Scott!
This does indeed seem to be a problem when something other than the Default Events Template is selected. Can you try adding this snippet to your theme’s functions.php file (or some other suitable place) and see if that helps?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberExcellent 🙂
I’ll go ahead and close this thread – of course if there’s anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new thread (or threads) as needed.
Cheers!

MemberWe should indeed have a substantive fix for that issue in one of the next maintenance releases – that apart, for the time being am I right in thinking you’re all good here?

MemberHi Danielle! Currently this would require you to do a little customization work – but we’re always open to suggestions and if you want to propose this as a feature request you can certainly do so:
Thanks!

MemberIt is, and we have this on our issue tracker so it ought to be resolved in one of the next few maintenance releases.
In the meantime the easiest solution is to keep it enabled – if that’s not possible or not desirable and you are comfortable tweaking templates you could alternatively stop day view links from being generated altogether.

MemberSometimes unfortunately various plugins and themes set up scripts and stylesheets to be enqueued on all admin screens, not just those they are responsible for, and this can indeed wreak havoc.
Thanks for the heads up, though – hopefully it can indeed be addressed 🙂

MemberHi Derek,
Assuming you’re using the Default Events Template you should be able to use conditionals like:
* tribe_is_month()
* tribe_is_upcoming()
* tribe_is_day()
* tribe_is_event_query()
* …etc…If you are using the Default Page Template or some other theme specific template for a variety of reasons this can be a little trickier, though still possible, and the answer would depend upon exactly what you want to do (do you want to target all event pages or just a subset of them, etc).
Sometimes the reality is that playing with various combinations of these is the best way to discover what works in your circumstances 🙂
Hope that helps!

MemberExcellent, glad you found it!

MemberIt could be that your theme declares post thumbnail support only for a specific set of post types.
When you created this thread you indicated that you had tried switching to a default, unmodified theme – did you find that this restored the featured image selector?

Member#tribe-events .tribe-events-calendar h3.tribe-events-month-event-title a { font-size: 66%; }Would something like this work for you?

MemberHi Steve, definitely feel free to monitor this thread but I don’t want to create confusion or derail it from helping the original poster – Jordan in this case – as it can get pretty messy when helping different people at different levels with subtly different problems (you are interested in the list view, Jordan is interested in the list widget etc). So, ideally, you would create a new thread of your own 🙂

And can you confirm if you have enabled day view?

MemberHi fenelonfalls,
If you’re happy working with custom CSS (and perhaps setting up a custom tribe-events.css stylesheet as per the Themer’s Guide) then that’s great and perhaps you could try adding these rules and see if that gets you any closer.
If you aren’t comfortable with that – or find it hard to follow the instructions in the Themer’s Guide – then definitely let us know what the sticking point is and we’ll try and steer you in the right direction if we can 🙂
Thanks!
