I cant really test a default theme on the live site. I will try with our dev environment if I find time.

Can you confirm on your end what image is supposed to be brought in for the featured image on the pop-up? Is it “post-thumbnail”?
Exactly – it’s ordinarily the post thumbnail, if of course there is one for the event in question.
The template file month/tooltip.php file shows
But what defines that source? and how do we change it to ‘medium’ for instance?So this is a pretty new system and if you open up views/month/single-event.php you will see a fairly lengthy inline comment documenting in quite some detail the Javascript templating system and how to interact with it. That probably does a better job than I can do, but let me know (ideally in a new thread if it’s not directly related to the original question re IE11) if I can clarify anything 🙂

OK, thanks for clarifying. So is this result of a customization you made? Ordinarily, event titles generated by The Events Calendar don’t link to external URLs.
OK: I’m wondering if this is due to a problem with another plugin (or perhaps your theme) that also uses the Google Maps API. If you deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO and also switch to a default and completely unmodified theme (Twenty Thirteen for example) do you see the same problem?
If not, and you reactivate everything one-at-a-time, does the problem start up again and can you isolate it to a specific plugin/your theme?
