"Undefined Index: State" thrown – "no initial state specified" condition.

    In Downloads/Settings/Taxes tab, the “0” condition on “state” (since there’s no default) throws an error during 1st display:

    Notice: Undefined index: state in /home/content/99/10800299/html/wp-content/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/includes/admin/settings/register-settings.php on line 1291

    Clicking [Save] saves the default (in my case Massachusetts), and there is no error afterwards.

    OK: I could be misunderstanding but that sounds more like an issue with Easy Digital Downloads itself – unless there’s a reason to think this is caused by our plugin?
