MemberHi bowedp5,
So each event has its own attendee list, accessible via the Attendee action link (in the main admin list of events) or from the tickets section of the event editor.
This only lists the attendees for a single event, giving you a birdseye view of the attendees – and it also allows you to print/export that same list.
Does that help?
Barry
MemberHi – thanks for considering our ticketing plugins.
You absolutely can use our ticketing plugins (such as WooCommerce Tickets) for this sort of scenario.
You can create multiple events representing each movie, then multiple tickets corresponding to each cinema and screen (and set stock levels appropriately for each).
I hope that answers your question but do let me know if we can help with anything else 🙂

MemberSounds odd.
Can you share your code in case that provides any insights (via Pastebin or Gist, ideally, rather than by posting it directly in the forum)?

MemberHi there rodelcarolino,
It’s generally best to create a fresh forum topic of your own when seeking help, even if an existing topic seems really similar: what works for one site or user isn’t necessarily going to work in a different context … not to mention a lot of things can change in the space of a year.
Here for example we were documenting a solution based on something called the meta factory – this has now been deprecated and is turned off by default, hence why the snippet above probably no longer functions.
Please do take a look at our Themer’s Guide which covers many of the fundamentals for safely customizing the plugin and also take a peek at the modules/meta/organizer.php template (overriding this will allow you to easily change the text within it).
If you still need further help definitely let us know – but if you could do so from a fresh topic that would be massively appreciated 🙂
Thanks again!

MemberHi held2gether,
Sorry to hear you are encountering difficulties.
Unfortunately, some recent changes in EDD itself seem to have stopped this from working as expected: we do however have this logged as being in need of a fix and will certainly do our best to keep you posted as that work progresses.
Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

MemberDefinitely feel free to try it out – remember though that this thread was last active over a year ago now, so the snippet may be out of date.
If you do need further help please don’t hesitate to create a new thread of your own and one of the team will be only too happy to assist.
Thanks!

MemberThere are a few examples of CSV data scattered through the forum that you might take advantage of – but the obvious problem with regards to event data is that it quickly becomes out of date and sample data we post today will result in a heap of expired events after a period of time elapses 🙂
We do have some internal tools for this though and will definitely think about opening those up.
Thanks for posting (as a side note, it’s massively appreciated if you could post new threads particularly where the existing thread is a number of months – or years – old) 🙂

MemberHi there!
Right now that is not possible “out of the box” and would require some customization work.
One possibility, for instance, is to build a new and alternative week view based on list view – then enable it and disable the pre-existing week view.
We do have an example set up that demonstrates how to build an agenda view – which might give you a few ideas – but I should be clear that this is an advanced customization and something you would really need to drive forward on your own initiative.
Beyond that, we would certainly welcome this as a feature request if you would like to post one.
Thanks for getting in touch and I hope that helps 🙂

MemberMy guess is that this other plugin filters the_content – and adds various bits and pieces that we don’t need or want here – but, perhaps, we can remove their filter (but only for the purposes of generating the Google Calendar link and otherwise let it do its thing).
Can you reach out to the author of that plugin and ask:
- If they do indeed filter on the_content
- If they can provide a snippet to disable this behaviour
We can then look at helping you to craft a solution that applies their fix only to the link in question.

MemberHi there superbigcat,
Those URLs (the ones generated by the + Google Calendar buttons) are certainly abnormally long and contain more than I would normally expect.
YES, I’ve deactivated all other plugins to check for a plugin conflict.
YES, I’ve reverted to the 2011 default WordPress theme (with other plugins still deactivated) to check for a theme conflict.I’m particularly curious because you noted having run through our standard troubleshooting steps (when you opened the thread): did this same problem persist even then, or were you able to identify any particular conflicts, with your theme or another plugin?
