MemberHi Andrea,
The first thing to do is visit Events → Settings → Display and double check that Photo View is enabled – even if it is, it may be worth re-saving that very page and then continue to WordPress’s Permalink Settings screen: you don’t need to change anything here, however, as simply visiting this screen “flushes” various rules.
Last but not least, if you have a caching plugin enabled please clear the cache. Hopefully the photo view will then work as expected — but if not, please simply post a new topic here on the forums and one of the team will be happy to assist further (however as we try hard to stick to one issue per topic I will at this point close out this one).
Thanks again!

Barry
MemberSo that’s actually the single product page and isn’t something our plugins control. It would be best to hit up WooThemes for further support on that one (or the author of the review plugin, if you have added that capability via a further plugin) π

MemberHi Carolina,
So is this in relation to Filter Bar? There should already be a venue filter, so long of course as you have some venues set up.
If you could provide a link to your site, by private reply if you prefer, it might give me a better picture of the problem.
Thanks!

MemberHi Ken,
Thanks for contacting us.
I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to achieve here – but if you have a PRO license can I ask you to login and post your question on the PRO forum? I’m afraid we don’t deliver technical support here in pre-sales π
Thanks again!

MemberHi Tom,
Sorry for any confusion!
When I look at theeventscalendar.com/tickets, though, our WooCommerce Tickets addon seems to be listed at a starting price of $89 as expected (which is the correct price, though we did indeed recently increment it).
Can you confirm if you are still seeing a different price – which URL are you seeing this on if so?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberI’m sorry to hear you’re hitting up against difficulties: can you provide any further details about your HTTPS setup – was it as simple as changing the WordPress and Site Address URLs in the general settings screen, or were you using a helper plugin or anything of that nature?
Certainly, locally, if I test accessing a site running The Events Calendar over HTTPS it works as expected – so I’m interested to learn more about what’s going wrong in your case.

MemberHi abramlage,
Can you confirm what the settings are for your tickets? Did you for instance set start/end sale dates – what are they if so?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi – sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
If your copies of our plugins are all up-to-date you should certainly be able to enter the license within the Events → Settings → Licenses screen – though there are exceptions to this, such as if you are running them within a multisite network.
Is that a possibility here?
Barry
MemberHi Joe,
That’s a great question but you’re correct that we don’t offer quite as much support for free users as we do for those who have purchased a license – nor do we generally provide technical support here in the pre-sales forum.
With that in mind, the best course of action here is either to buy a license and repeat your question in our PRO forum or else you can of course post in the community forums on wordpress.org and it’s quite possible a fellow user will be able to help π
Thanks again!

MemberHi there Matt,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties. I’m not sure I see the problem, though – here’s what I tried:
- Visited your main events page
- Opened the venue filter and checked off the first of the two venues listed there
- The results were filtered appropriately
- Clicked on the reset link, and the results were reset and the venue unchecked once more
If there’s still a problem can you give a specific example/set of steps to replicate and let me know what web browser (and version) you are using?
Thanks!

MemberHi there!
The first thing to do is read through our Themer’s Guide, which covers the basics of safely overriding and customizing our templates. In this particular case you will probably wish to modify modules/meta/details.php.
Within that file, simply look for and remove the following section of code:
<?php echo tribe_get_event_categories( get_the_id(), array( 'before' => '', 'sep' => ', ', 'after' => '', 'label' => null, // An appropriate plural/singular label will be provided 'label_before' => '<dt>', 'label_after' => '</dt>', 'wrap_before' => '<dd class="tribe-events-event-categories">', 'wrap_after' => '</dd>' ) ); ?>Does that help?

MemberHi Andrea,
Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
Could you point me to a live example (ie, an event on your WordPress site and the corresponding event on Facebook)? Can you also confirm exactly what your WordPress timezone setting is – perhaps it’s a daylight saving time related issue or something of that nature (especially if you are using an offset such as UTC-x)?
Barry
MemberHi xrossglobalgroup,
Within the Events → Settings → General screen there is an option to toggle comments on and off within single event pages – does that help with the first issue?
Also on the product / ticket pages, there is a section with βAdd a reviewβ.
I can’t seem to find what you’re referring to (but suspect it is not connected with our own plugins). Have you already fixed this or can you point me to a specific example?
Thanks!
