ParticipantI’m not seeing the license key tab in the Events Calender settings, do I have to purchase Events Calender Pro to use the add on?

MemberHi – sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
If your copies of our plugins are all up-to-date you should certainly be able to enter the license within the Events → Settings → Licenses screen – though there are exceptions to this, such as if you are running them within a multisite network.
Is that a possibility here?

ParticipantHi there,
Thanks for the response, can you tell me what some other exceptions are that may be causing this? We’re not running them within a multisite network. Here is a screenshot of what we’re seeing under settings: http://www.screencast.com/t/eqHQsrft8dyy
Thanks,

MemberWould it be possible to see a further screenshot or two of your plugin admin screen, showing me the top of the screen (in case there are any warnings/notices) plus the entries for our plugins themselves?
Based on the information you provided when you opened this topic it also looks like you haven’t yet had a chance to run through our standard troubleshooting steps – could I ask you to give those a try? In some cases, other plugins or even your theme may ship with a component called PUE which can cause problems with our own licensing implementation.
Let me know how you get on 🙂

ParticipantHi,
Thanks again for your help. I did try deactivating all the other plugins and switching the theme, but no luck. Here is the larger screenshot that you asked to see: https://www.uploady.com/download/Z5Kwz1Gu~mJ/uY81Hs1hvWcXhFFb .March 18, 2015 at 11:55 am #949194Barry
MemberI’m afraid I only see an “Unexpected Error” message when I try to view that link.

MemberThanks!
So unless I’m missing something, neither of the plugins you purchased from us (Eventbrite and WooCommerce Tickets) are listed there. Are you certain you installed them/uploaded them correctly?
