MemberHi Eve,
Typically they’d approach the merchant via an email address, a contact form, something like Twitter or whatever means the merchant makes available and encourages the customer to use.
Does that help/am I misunderstanding your question?

MemberHi Dave,
That sounds like an interesting project 🙂
All kinds of customizations are possible however I’m afraid we do not offer technical support here in the pre-sales forum.
If you have a valid license, please login and re-post on our premium forums. Alternatively, you may be able to get some help and ideas over on our wordpress.org forum.
Thanks!

MemberHi Jason,
All kinds of things are possible – I’m not completely sure what you want to achieve here, though.
Do you mean you wish to add a new previous event link that links to the last event in the same category, or are you thinking of modifying the behaviour of the existing previous event link?
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Jason,
I guess “best” is pretty subjective 🙂
If you think your client may want to change this and other strings along the way, and that they might need an easy way to do so, a plugin like Say What could help.
Would that work for you here?

MemberHi Northern Pacific Digital,
One way to display the event category description(s) for each event would be to add a short snippet like this one to the templates in question:
https://gist.github.com/barryhughes/a084d9b6b753570af3a4
You could add this to the appropriate locations in custom copies of single-event.php and list/single-event.php – see our Themer’s Guide for complete details on this process.
Does that help?

MemberHi Marty,
I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.
In the first instance can I ask you to share your system information (via a private reply if you prefer)? This can be found at the bottom of the Events → Help screen – thanks!

MemberAwesome!
…Plus, as you have marked this as “resolved”, I’ll go ahead and close the topic – but please don’t hesitate to create new topics as needed should any other questions crop up.
Thanks again 🙂

MemberHi there fbit,
The original tickets/email.php can be found in the views directory of The Events Calendar itself (rather than WooCommerce Tickets).
The destination directory – themes/YOUR_THEME/tribe-events/tickets/email.php – is something you would need to create yourself, as described in the Themer’s Guide.
Does that clarify things?
