MemberSo the start time should already be showing on the main calendar – am I right in thinking that what you want to do is duplicate this effect on the event calendar widget?
Barry
MemberHi Alexander: just to be clear, are you telling us that the conflict is with TubePress?

MemberHi Angelia – thanks for taking the time to make this new thread – it really helps us to out.
Can I ask you to provide a URL so that I can see this problem for myself?
Barry
MemberHi Angelia – it might be that I am misinterpreting your post but it’s sounding as if what you are experiencing could be a different issue.
To avoid confusion it would be great if you could create a new thread about your issue (and if possible include a URL so we can view this and get a better understanding of what is happening).
Thanks!

MemberBy way of update, this is confirmed as a (high priority) bug at our end and we’ll get a fix out there as soon as we can.
In the interim I’d recommend following the steps in my last post – that is, simply visit the WordPress Settings > Permalinks page – if you come up against this.
Thanks all 🙂
Barry
MemberCool – hopefully it covers what you are looking for and feel free to check out the Community Events forum, too.

MemberHey Alex, just to follow up on this, after talking to fellow team members about this it sounds like those tutorials were created prior to the release of our Community Events plugin – and it was clearly a useful resource at that point in time (of course it may still be useful to many people – however we now have a viable, fully supported alternative in place in the form of Community Events).
With that in mind it is probable that we will not revise the tutorial.
Barry
MemberRight – so I’ve amended that snippet for you: http://pastebin.com/MhJa3mZ6 … hopefully that gets you on track.
Barry
MemberGreat!

MemberGuys I’m experiencing the same thing.
It seems the rewrite rules are one step behind – as a temporary workaround until we can look into this further what I’d recommend (if you have changed the URL slugs) is visiting the WordPress Settings > Permalinks page.
You shouldn’t need to actually change anything, just accessing that page should be sufficient to flush the rewrite rules and pull in the new slug. Really sorry for the inconvenience, we’ll do our best to sort this out as quickly as possible.

MemberHi all. There does seem to be some sort of issue here. What Andy suggested is certainly a current problem but it’s looking like there could be another issue afoot, too.
Please bear with us while I check into this in a little more detail.
Barry
MemberHi Kelly, this is totally achievable. How comfortable are you working with PHP? Have you looked at our Themer’s Guide yet (link over in the sidebar under Useful Resources)?
Barry
MemberGlad you figured it out 🙂
Barry
MemberHi Tai, can you give me any sort of indication of what the Eventbrite data you were importing looks like? Just so I can attempt to replicate this.
