MemberHi Robert – it seems to work for me. Are you sure you are using the correct URL – that is, yourdomain.com/events? I can navigate back and forward without difficulty.
I do note that various links on your site such as “Events” and “View Calendar” don’t quite marry up with the URLs I would expect to see.
(Since you provided the site URL in a field that isn’t publicly visible, I didn’t want to use it in here.)

MemberHi Lee, unfortunately the dev team were unable to replicate this problem consistently – making it nearly impossible for them to ascertain if the issue was resolved or not.
What I would suggest is making sure you download the latest version of The Events Calendar from the WordPress plugin directory (2.0.9 was updated with a hotfix that aimed to solve a few different pressing problems, so make sure it’s a copy you downloaded in the last 3 days) and give it a try.
What I have to emphasize is that you should make a back-up first of all (and of course be aware of how to restore that back-up) and perhaps also make a note of any critical settings, just in case this issue remains, before you run the update.
It would be great to hear how you get on: I realize this isn’t an ideal answer and I would much prefer to give a straight, “Yes, this is resolved,” or “No, this hasn’t been resolved,” kind of response but I’m afraid the reality is we’re not in a position to do so.

MemberHi Bonnie. Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the Settings > General page – take a look at the Time Format section, you can either use a predefined format or define your own custom format 🙂
Barry
MemberSure – glad to hear everything is in order.

Member…you need any further assistance 🙂

MemberOK – if you are able to stick with pretty permalinks that would be ideal since with the current branch of The Events Calendar some strange behaviour is exhibited when default permalinks are used.
Of course, just let me know if
Barry
MemberGood stuff. If you’re happy we’ll close this one off and if you have any further problems please don’t hesitate to open up a new thread 🙂

MemberHi Kelly, pretty much anything like this is possible, but we can’t always guide people through bespoke customizations since the amount of bandwidth we have for forum support has limits – that said, if you can wait until next week (I’m out of time today) then I will take a look and see if there is a straightforward solution here.
Thanks – and have a good weekend 🙂

MemberHi Marko, I’m not sure if you’ve fixed this since you last posted but I can’t replicate the problem.
What I did was click on the calendar widget link for 26 Sep 12 then on the Stammtisch link. I didn’t see any additional characters such as
%2F
being appended to the URL – am I understanding the problem correctly or is there anything else I should do to replicate this?
The last thing I would highlight is that it looks as though you are using default permalinks (see http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks for more on this subject) and you should be aware that, unfortunately, there are a couple of outstanding glitches when default permalinks are used.
So it might be that moving to pretty permalinks, particularly the
%postname%
pattern, is a good move all round (if you are able to do that, I appreciate some hosting environments are not amenable to this sort of change).
Hope that helps – and just let me know if I can help some more 🙂

MemberHey there Michael. This is a slight hack – if I think of a cleaner way I’ll get back to you – but for the time being this could form a working solution.
First of all, open up your custom list.php template. Find the following lines (this is the first bit of “the loop”) http://pastebin.com/xF42BhVi and try inserting a new line in between them, like this:
I ran a quick test and it appears to do the job – however you are probably better placed to test it out as you will no doubt have a greater range of relevant event data to test against 🙂
Cheers,
Barry
Barry
MemberSo next we’ll look at the calendar widget. This time the change affects the table-mini.php template. Can you follow the instructions here: http://pastebin.com/j4UDJSHm (once again it’s a single line we are adding).
Barry
MemberOK, so taking this one step at a time I’m going to assume you’ve set up your custom templates (ie, you’ve copied the views across to your theme and have placed them in a directory called “events”).
The first thing we’ll do is look at adding the time to the main calendar grid, independently of the tooltip content.
Please open up your copy of the table.php template and find the block of code that starts:
function display_day( $day, $monthView ) {We want to add some more code in there – try following the instructions here: http://pastebin.com/L0Lci4mn
Let me know how you get on!
Barry
MemberWell, glad to hear you isolated the problem at any rate.
I’m not familiar with Theme Forest’s forum, but so far as posting here goes only those who have purchased Events Calendar Pro are allowed (or should be allowed) to create new posts.
