KeymasterHi wbecsouth,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about this issue with the Eventbrite event.
Did you create the event on Eventbrite which you then imported to your site? Or the other way around, did you create the event on your site and then imported it to Eventbrite?
Could you send me a screenshot of how the event is set up on your site and on Eventbrite in the back-end? That might help pinpoint the feature which the error message is referring to.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Carsten,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m not sure if that cookie belongs to us. To the best of my knowledge our plugins do not do any tracking. Could you upload a screenshot of the cookie details?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Tilman,
I believe we are not going to move into that direction. I’ll ask the team handling these type of questions, I’ll get back to you when I get a reply.
Thanks for your patience!
If you need a solution for this faster, you can try to reach out to these developers who might be able to help you out. My approach would be:
- Create a template override for the single event page
- insert a button which when clicked loads the code needed for the map
Cheers,

KeymasterStoked to hear that!
Can we close this as resolved or do you have any more questions regarding this?

KeymasterOne more question: are you using shared capacity for those tickets or are they ‘independent’?
Thx,

KeymasterHi,
Unfortunately the attachments got lost on the way. Please note that the attachments of an email reply don’t make it through, so I would kindly like to ask you to upload them directly to your thread in the help desk.
Thanks!

KeymasterHello Todd,
Thanks for reaching out!
We can offer some discounts for custom bundles, but usually as of 3 products. If there is something else you would like to include, let me know.
Alternatively, if you go for the Importer Bundle, I can exchange Event Aggregator to Event Tickets Plus for you.

KeymasterHi Daniel,
Thanks for reaching out!
Is there a specific reason you are using ‘index.php’ in your permalink structure?
Btw, if you would like to still use the bar but don’t want users to be able to look at other views, then you can switch off the views under Events > Settings > Display tab (screenshot)
Does this help?

KeymasterHi sarah,
Thanks for reaching out!
When an event is marked featured, then it gets an entry in the wp_postmeta table with the meta key “_tribe_featured” and the value “1”.
Something like this: https://cloudup.com/cM4e6zGTbmO
Here is a sample for a custom query for events, which should get you started. You will need to tweak this to suit your needs:
https://gist.github.com/andrasguseo/461285a20511647c092247ef12ea3092
And you can find further info on custom queries here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Queries
And many more places on the web. 🙂
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Cheers,
