ParticipantHi
I am new and I bought all of your plugins.
My first question is, You offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Am I right ?
The issue I am talking about is the following
I have a multisite installation at wpengine.com. I am using the Theme Festiven (http://themeforest.net/item/festiven-event-calendar-woocommerce-themes/13448753)
I installed all your plugins. But the Filter Bar destroys the ability to edit the Revoultion Slider. It show an aja error.
It is also no longer possible to license the plugins .
The wheels rotate constantly , and it will not connect and verify.
The license key for Event Tickets Plus and The Events Calendar : Community Events tickets I can not enter because it is not retrieved, space to write them in.
Would appreciate quickly to hearing from you .
Thank you very much
Andreas

ModeratorHey Andreas!
Welcome to the support forums and thank you so much for giving our products a shot! I’ll do my best to answer your questions 🙂
My first question is, You offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Am I right?
That is correct! While our support team members will give everything we’ve got, sometimes there are issues/customizations that are outside what we’re able to cover. Should that be the case, visit our Refunds page within 30 days of your purchase and we’d be happy to process a refund for you. We also have a list of customizers available for hire that might be able to help further assist you.

I just did a quick check of our logged bug report and don’t see anything relating to a conflict with the Revolution Slider. As much as we’d love to, we’re limited on the amount of support we can provide regarding theme/plugin conflicts. We don’t build any specially-coded compatibility with Revolution Slider, and so whether any Revolution Slider-specific feature will work or not is dictated by Revolution Slider itself, not our events plugins.
It is also no longer possible to license the plugins.
If you wouldn’t mind, can you elaborate on this issue? Additionally, can you test to see if the issue still occurs while reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? We have a ‘License for multisites‘ article that can hopefully help solve that problem. Please make sure you’ve reverted back to the default WP theme and deactivated all other plugins other than ours while following the instructions found on the ‘License for multisites’ article.
Again, thanks for choosing us for your event & ticketing needs and I look forward to your response. Have a great day.

ParticipantHello Hunter,
after an hour of work and checking all possibilies I think the problem is the Filter Bar Plugin.
The plugin has problems with Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, and WP Pro Ad System.
Even if I switch all other plugins off. The dashboard is also still asking for newer Plugins of Events Calendar.
Regards
Andreas

ModeratorWelcome back 🙂
Thank you for sharing your System Information with me. Can you be a bit more specific as to which problems are still occurring? If you are still having trouble updating, you can try downloading the plugins in .zip format, extracting them, and uploading manually as explained here.
Keep me posted and thanks again.

ModeratorHey Andreas,
I truly apologize for not catching this earlier, but it appears you don’t have Event Tickets installed and activated on your website. This is required to run Event Tickets Plus, which is installed on your website.
If you refer to the ‘New User Primer’ articles in one of my previous replies, each provides step-by-step instructions on how to install/activate the plugins, what their requirements are, and common issues with simple remedies.
For example, if you’re faced with a notice similar to:
To begin using The Events Calendar: Community Events Tickets, please install the latest versions of The Events Calendar, Community Events, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus.
It usually means you don’t have one or more plugins installed that are required for other plugins to work (let me know if this makes sense). Please install and active Event Tickets (free download) from the WordPress.org repository and let me know what the results are.
In regards to the Filter Bar not working properly, I did another check on your site and it looks like it’s working for me! Let me know if that issue has been resolved.
I appreciate your patience while we’ve troubleshooted these issues and please rest assured we’ll do everything in our power to get everything squared away. Take care and have a good Tuesday 🙂
