Virtual Events 1.1.5 has added compatibility for WordPress 5.7 and improvements to the way that the Zoom link is included in the iCal Export.

As with any WordPress update, you’ll want to take care when installing this latest release. Be sure to backup your database and files in advance, and, if you can, test first in a safe staging environment.

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

• We’ve added compatibility with WordPress 5.7 and jQuery 3.5.1.
• We improve how the Zoom link is included in the iCal Export based on the visibility settings of the event.
• We consolidated widget (icon) styles into one common sheet.
