KeymasterI’m sure you saw this since you marked the thread resolved, but The Event Calendar PRO 4.3.1.1 hotfix is now available and is targeted at exclusively fixing this bug. You can either auto-update to that version or grab it from the downloads in your account – https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Thanks for your patience on this!

KeymasterLee,
That certainly sounds concerning. Can you open a new thread for that issue? That’ll help you to get the best and most targeted service.
I am going to close out this specific thread as it appears your originating issue is resolved.
Zach Tirrell
KeymasterThat’s completely valid criticism. We’ll take that into account for the future. Thanks.

KeymasterYes. As of 4.3.1.1, Event Aggregator comments about errors encountered will expire after 7 days and will be purged.

KeymasterI think a direct upgrade from 3.9 to 4.3 should work, but I think your plan is the safest and most advisable.
Please let me know if you run into any difficulties along the way. 🙂

KeymasterWe had a problem with older versions of PHP. Events Calendar PRO 4.3.1.1 should resolve this issue. You can read more about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-release-events-calendar-pro-4-3-1-1/
You will need to do a manual update of Events Calendar PRO to 4.3.1.1
- If you are able to access your site files via FTP, head to the /wp-content/plugins directory and delete the /events-calendar-pro folder there. This will not delete event content.
- Once that is deleted, download a fresh copy of Events Calendar PRO 4.3.1.1 from your account ? https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
- Install this new fresh copy of Events Calendar PRO 4.3.1.1 on your site.
Thank you so much for your patience! Please let us know if you have further questions on this matter or anything else we can try to help with.

KeymasterInteresting. I’m definitely not seeing the same thing. What browser and version are you using? I’m guessing we have a JavaScript bug.

KeymasterI think it might be w3-total-cache. A quick search led me to this video on clearing it – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuPxOEJu1XA
