ParticipantHi Geoff,
I got the same fatal error as others are reporting today.
Fatal error: Class ‘Tribe__PUE__Package_Handler’ not found in /home1/newacc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/PUE/Checker.php on line 200
I renamed the event calendar and event calendar pro plugins, but no change. Still getting fatal error. Where do I go from here? I’d like to avoid installing a backup if possible, this site is huge.

KeymasterBud,
Sorry to hear you encountered this problem. We ran into an issue with the packaging of the 4.3.1 update of The Events Calendar and Event Tickets.
You will need to manually update to The Events Calendar 4.3.1.1
- If you are able to access your site files via FTP, head to the /wp-content/plugins directory and delete the /the-events-calendar folder there. This will not delete event content.
- Once that is deleted, download a fresh copy of The Events Calendar 4.3.1.1 from WordPress.org ? http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar
- Install this new fresh copy of The Events Calendar 4.3.1.1 on your site.
⚠️ Please Note: If you have Event Tickets on your site, you may also want to do this process for Event Tickets 4.3.1.1, available on WordPress.org here.
Thank you so much for your patience! Please let us know if you have further questions on this matter or anything else we can try to help with.

KeymasterPerhaps you are experiencing a caching issue? Can you send me a URL and I can see if I am seeing the same error on my end?
We have just released the Events Calendar PRO 4.3.1.1 hotfix and it is targeted at exclusively fixing this bug. You can either auto-update to that version or grab it from the downloads in your account – https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Let me know if you have need any other assistance.

Participantprivate reply sent with link to site & wordpress login url.
this bug also seems to be effecting the functioning of the plugin; when I click on an event in the calendar grid, the link opens the home page.

KeymasterCan you confirm that you have updated to version 4.3.1.1 of both The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO?

ParticipantOk, I’ll poke around in there and see if I can make any headway. I’m on my own on this one, but we learn by doing, right?

KeymasterI think it might be w3-total-cache. A quick search led me to this video on clearing it – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kuPxOEJu1XA
