ParticipantThat’s about the most miserable response I have ever received here Sky. F-. I mailing you a worst support answer ever trophy. Your developers need to use less recreational drugs when they plan these things out 🙂
Allowing users access to the media library would require a change on your end in your code; there is really nothing that I can do about this god awful design. Can you lay out any of the database details where this data is kept? Maybe it’s a painful database update session. There really has to be someway for you folks to sort this out. Allow names on images when they are uploaded and let the use choose from their images in a list or upload a new one? Can you add this as an enhancement request?

ParticipantThey compare my files to the files on wordpress.org so it would behoove you
to insure the correct files are published there and you won’t get these
questions from hundreds of users. Thanks.Thomas Claffy
ParticipantAnd this time the update works just fine. Your total lack of quality control
and poor documentation of update procedures are maddening. I am scared to
death to install one of your updates. I just can’t live like this. I went
thru hours of hell because of that change with little more than a 3 day wait
from you for a fricking flippant response with a simple fix. You folks do
not grasp the impact your “oh shucks” has on a site and the developers. Your
support is pitifully slow. There has to be a better way for you to do
business of I need another solution.Thomas Claffy
ParticipantSince it was just recurring events and you seem incapable of not breaking these weekly, I had my hosting provider restore my site to 7/12/2017 and sure enough, all of my recurring events now open correctly. Perhaps this is the time for me to migrate to another calendar. I really don’t time to baby sit this recurring rule problem you can’t seem to be capable of fixing.
Thomas Claffy
ParticipantYes, thanks

ParticipantOk the single event is scheduled for 6 weeks. The other event that does not
have a July 20th occurrence was just edited yesterday. Not as bad as I
thought but how do I did the recurring rule that is not working? And using
the back and forth buttons are still changing the views incorrectmy. Is
this going to the default I have on my page because your settings did not
work for the default? Has this ever been fixed?Thomas Claffy

ParticipantHow can I have a good weekend when I am working bc of your b.s.? I’m not
going to enable the month view publicly when you take hours or days to
respond. I have a single event with no recurring rules that is displaying
in every day. I have recurring events that are not being created. I’m about
done with this mess.Thomas Claffy
ParticipantI am already on that build. That is whee I saw the issue

ParticipantSeems to be resolved? I was on the latest versions and replicated the issue but then I installed 4 other updates and it has stopped? Not really comfy, womfy but if it’s not broken…so I will update my production site and hope everything is well. Sorry for wasting your time.

ParticipantIrrelevant. I simply can’t justify the cost. See my latest post. Maybe I
need to follow another procedure?Thomas Claffy
ParticipantIs there any provision for a customer to download their tickets as opposed to getting the via email?

Participant1. Here is the setup. Not, that I added the 4/11 exclusion manually to fix the rules. AFter save it reverts to the pic I sent before. 2. The last occurrence was still in the future at that time. They were just not in chronological order. Ridiculous that this would be a factor. Just create the event.

ParticipantAnd then I entered the dates NOT in chronological order (trying to fix community input of 3 separate occurrence of the same event) and the 1st date which was the last occurrence did not show up on the calendar
