MemberHey Robert. Was this meant to be in the Eventbrite Ticketing beta forum, or the broader Events Calendar PRO one? Moving to the latter because I suspect that’s where you meant to file this, but please confirm and I can get you an answer independent of Eventbrite Ticketing.

MemberHey Vincent. Check this walkthrough on the matter that we put together at the tri.be site: https://theeventscalendar.com/events-calendar-pro-license-keys-when-you-need-them-when-you-dont/. It should give you what you need on this.
Also, just an FYI…I see that this was posted in the Eventbrite Ticketing beta forum, but is related to Events Calendar PRO. I’m moving it to the ECP forum accordingly.

MemberHey Laura. This sounds like an Events Calendar PRO-related issue, but I see that you’ve posted it in the Eventbrite Ticketing beta tester forum. I’ve moved it to the PRO one preemptively, but can you confirm that this is not related to tickets and is calendar-specific? Thanks in advance!

MemberNo worries Chad! We’ve extended the beta through next Monday (12/19) regardless, so as long as you can provide us with some feedback by then we should be in great shape.

MemberHey Brac. This brings up a good point that I’m going to review with the team; we’d expected that if you had multiple Eventbrite pages, that users would just create a separate user account for those…but that’s not ideal, and doesn’t account for people like you who manage multiple sites under a given username. I’m going to talk this over with the team to see how we can account for folks in your position and what it’d entail to do so.
I also agree about the lack of clarity re: how to enable Eventbrite. Hopefully we can accomplish this with just a warning message that appears upon activation.
Excellent feedback so far! Let me know if anything else comes to mind.
Rob
MemberHey Brac. Is it possible that you hadn’t plugged in your Eventbrite API under your user account when you attempted this? And, had you added at least 1 ticket to your event on the WP side?

MemberHey Caleb, this appears to be related to Events Calendar PRO – but I saw it was posted in the Eventbrite Ticketing beta tester forum. I’ve moved it pre-emptively, but can you confirm this wasn’t ticket-centric? Thanks in advance.

MemberHey Shubhra, this sounds specific to Events Calendar PRO but you posted it in the Eventbrite Ticketing beta tester forum. No worries, but I’m going to move it to the appropriate venue now. Thanks!
Rob
MemberAt least we know this went through. I’ll follow-up on your email regarding problems posting shortly.
Rob
MemberThanks Paul!
Joe: let us know and we can keep looking into it as needed on our end.

MemberWeird on the issue with the next/previous; I’m unable to recreate that on my default 2011 install so I’m wondering if this may be specific to your site – either a clash with the theme or another plugin. I’ll get Jonah to take a look and see what he can offer up. You’re the first to report it happening on non-recurring events.
You are correct regarding the second point: this may change down the road, but as it stands the most flexibility you have is with those “Only This Event/All Future Events” options presented to you on the backend when trying to make a change to a recurring event. Let me know if that isn’t clear and I can elaborate.

MemberHey Scott: what you’re requesting on the RSS front has been brought up by a few users so far. I’d suspected you had the same use in mind; but wanted to make sure so we can keep a tally of who is seeking what. Thanks for confirming on that front.
Regarding 2.1: it’ll be sometime in mid-to-late January. We actually just decided today that we’ll also be doing a 2.0.3, but it’ll be small and limited to just bug fixes.
Hope that helps. If you need anything else or have other questions on this, let me know and I’ll do what I can to assist.
Rob
MemberThanks Keane. Makes sense. Let me see if our developer Jonah has any suggestions. I’d think you would be able to hack this together and hopefully he can point us in a direction towards that.

MemberHey Scott. Assuming you’re using the Events List Advanced Widget, it should be ordering them by start date/time as a default. Are you running 2.0.2 of both releases? If so, can you show me your site so we can take a look? Sounds like you’re experiencing a weird one-off issue of some kind.
