Thanks for the report! As soon as I noticed your thread I contact the dev team on this. After reviewing the code in the file, they concluded that there’s no harm in it’s code. It’s possibly a ‘false positive’ by the Quttera scanner. As an additional test I scanned the plugin files with WordFence (popular security scanner) and no such thread was highlighted.
I suggest you report this to the scanner authors,

Thanks both for the feedback! Let me work a bit more on the snippet tomorrow and maybe have some colleagues test it before sending it back to you (in a public reply) to try it out.
We have logged a feature ticket for this to be done and included in the plugin at some point in the future.
I have been thinking of other solutions to temporarily bypass this issue. Is there a way to automatically export the customer codes, or the pages that have to be validated, to a database that a qr scanner can reference without the need for someone to be logged in? Only those who have the account with the database will be able to validate. This makes it so that information is not compromised even with all event codes in the database being seen by everyone.
You can export ticket codes from the attendee list report in the backend. I’m aware some of our clients do this and validate ticket with an offline scanner but I’m not sure how that works really π
Hopefully I’ll be able to get a working snippet,

Sorry to hear about this, seems you are between a rock and a hard place. If you cannot switch to another theme or invest more time on this, then the refund is the way to go π
I refunded the payment and you’ll see the funds back into your account in 5-10 business days. I left the plugin active so you can confirm this worked, if you receive any renewal emails you can safely ignore them.

In the meantime I adjusted your license manually (itβs the same key). Can you check if this works as expected on your site?

As you say what seemed to be happening was that you ‘IP address domain’ was recorded as the site using the licenses. Now that you have your ‘actual domain’ configured, the plugin is saying ‘hey this license is already in use’, so I went ahead and disconnected the ‘IP domain’ from your licenses. You should now go into your site and re-save your licenses keys, so they are connected to the ‘new domain’.

Seems that you have placed your Event Tickets Plus license key in the ‘Event Aggregator’ license input. Can you please confirm this or send a screnshot of your license page inside the plugin in a private reply for me to check?

1. Is there a limit on the number of input streams that you can setup?
No, the limit is per imports per day. You can configure unlimited sources π
2. Can imported events be held for moderation?
Yes, you can set the default status for imported events as Pending Review. This will give you the opportunity to moderate events content before making they publicly visible on your site.
