ParticipantFirst off, please understand I am a novice with no development/web building background.
I am getting the out of installs error. The help article assumes that I know how to remove the key from “other sites.”
I only have ONE site. I had trouble getting my domain name set up and was building my site on a wordpress account attached to my IP address somehow…the url was showing as the IP address and I had to have Bluehost layer my domain over that without having to build the site over again. So it’s the same site, with updated domain name. I entered the key under a wordpress account that was showing up with the IP number web address that was weird, before I got my domain layered over it. Bluehost helped me add my domain to that account. I suspect the event tickets plus and events calendar pro plugins think I have somehow added them to an additional site. But I only have one. One wordpress account with the same login I’ve been using all along, with one website, artnsoulcompany.com. I have no other websites. So there is no way my key is entered on multiple sites, and I’m not sure how to fix this error. Please advise.

MemberHowdy Carly,
Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I can help you here ๐
As you say what seemed to be happening was that you ‘IP address domain’ was recorded as the site using the licenses. Now that you have your ‘actual domain’ configured, the plugin is saying ‘hey this license is already in use’, so I went ahead and disconnected the ‘IP domain’ from your licenses. You should now go into your site and re-save your licenses keys, so they are connected to the ‘new domain’.
Please let me know if this works for you,
Best,

ParticipantMany thanks! My licenses are no longer showing any errors. I did not even have to re-save the keys. If I should, in fact, go through those motions regardless, do let me know. I just didn’t want to risk messing anything up since it’s now working just fine. Again, thank you for the swift service.
