    just renewed a downgraded license, but still unable to reflect renewal on theeventscalendar.com OR the site urbankick.com

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about this issue. We are aware of some issues with renewing and upgrading/downgrading a license and we are working to fix them.

    In the meantime I adjusted your license manually (it’s the same key). Can you check if this works as expected on your site?
